Catherine kept the happy smile as she walked close to his side into the town. As people came and talked to Xander, she remained relatively quiet, only smiling in greeting to the people as the approached. Though the attention was also new to her, she was starting to get used to it. She looked around the town happily as they walked, enjoying their time together.

Xander lightly held her arm as they walked through town and was greeting the people in the town. Smiling and being polite towards the citizens of the town and thanking them for their greetings. Xander smiled at Catherine and continued to walk around town with her enjoying the time together. He yawns slightly, still being quite tired from before.

Catherine kept her gaze moving as they walked, it was a lot to look at, a bunch of scenery. She looked back up at Xander with a little smile, her gaze softer. “Have you been to these towns before?” she asked as she looked back around them. She wondered if he had visited the towns outside of their own before. It was a bit of a travel, but she assumed that the king probably had.

"Never have been anywhere this far away from town. My father has been throughout the lands." Xander continues to look around and smile at the new area. He notices it start to get pretty late. "We should start heading back Catherine, its getting pretty late."

Catherine listened to him and nodded to show that she was listening to his words. She looked up at the sky and nodded again but this time in agreement “Yeah, it is getting late.” she replied and looked back over with a little smile before she turned around with him to head back to their area.

Xander turns around with her and starts to head back to came. "There will probably be food prepared back at camp as well. I could use something to eat before I go to bed. Hopefully I sleep better than normal." Xander waves goodbye to some of the villagers that walk by and wave at them. (Them being the Catherine and Xander)

Catherine’s stomach crumpled quietly as Xander mentioned food, the idea was promising. “I could go for some food too,” she said and nodded, placing a hand on her stomach. “I really do home that you sleep better tonight.” she told him as she looked over at him. She felt bad that he hadn’t been sleeping well.

They reached back at the campsite and there is food being cooked on campfires and there are bowls of fruits and vegetables from the town. Xander look around at the camp site as it was all prepared and ready. A few tents for the guards and royalty including Catherine in this case. Xander saw a small table where there were food prepped and went that direction to eat.

Catherine followed Xander quietly, silently excited for the food. It had been quite a long day of travel so any kind of food would be amazing right now. She glanced around the camp that had been set up, checking out the tents and where they had been placed. As she approached the table beside him, she checked out what food had been prepped for them that night.
