History:
Honeyfang is a new cat to Prairieclan, having joined the group of cats six months ago. She was born into another clan called Ridgeclan to a pIr of warriors Brightflame and Darkshadow. The only she-kit of a litter of four, well as it's only survivor. Her brothers Dewkit and Sparrowkit fell to an epidemic of illness shortly after their births. Afterwards for a time it was then her and her third brother Tinykit. Both siblings made it to apprenticehood before Tinypaw was taken while the pair were out on an assesment down in the valley below the mountain caves their clan called home. The tom was given the warrior name of Tinyfang at his death for his courage and love. It is the reason why Honeyfang requested her name at her own ceramony moons later......to remember her lost brother.
Honeyfang won't speak of why exactly she left her former clan, saying the past is better in the past. That and that none of it matters anymore. Her loyalty belongs to the clan that took her in when they found her, to Prairieclan.

Personality:
Despite her sweet name and fluffy appearance, Honeyfang is far from a sweet adorable cat when you first meet her. She is quite the loner prefering to stay along the shadier ouskirts of the camp and groom her own pelt during the sharing of tounges. She doesn't go looking for conversation with others as a general rule outside one of the leaders or, occasionally, medicane cats. According to Honeyfang other cats just annoy the fur off of her for some reason. Especially toms whom the cat has just about no tolerance for and takes extra care to avoid. Though it's been noted the young warrior seems to have soft spot for apprentices and kits.
If one manages to get past the sticky, hard to swallow tomboyish exterior though then this cat is like a totally different clan cat.

Honeyfang's parents, her father is Darkshadow and her mother is Brightflame. Honeyfang was always very close to both her parents during the time before they joined Starclan. Being the only kit in her litter to survive, both older cats fawned over their daughter and were fiercly terratorial with her. As a warrior the young she-cat still looks to them for guidance.

Honeyfang's littermates. Sparrowkit and Dewkit were lost to an epidemic that swept through their clan, while Tinypaw drowned while out hunting during an assessment with his sister. He was named Tinyfang after his death which is why his sister requested her name. Honeyfang still mourns her brother's loss as they were very close all through their kithood and later apprenticeship. She never knew her other two brothers but vaguely recalls lumps of blue-grey and dark tabby fur from her kithood at times.
