"This whole area is quite lovely isn't it Catherine? These are the lands we want to protect from destruction." Xander watched the land and felt everything.
"We have kept the lands here for thousands of years in peace without fail. It would be a shame to have to start fighting now. We were always able to keep things nice and I will continue to keep it like that at all costs.

Catherine smiled and nodded “It really is beautiful, I’ve never seen anything like it,” she said as she looked between the two before back out the window again. “I’ve never left town before, so this is all new.” she added, another smile touched her lips. She was glad to hear the king say he wanted to protect the land, it definitely was something that needed to be protected.

"I didn't leave town a whole lot, but when I did. I got to see views like this, until I got in trouble for leaving to much." Xander smiles slightly at his old memories. The king chuckled a little bit.
"Yup quite a trouble maker you were.. with your weird dream of being an assassin." Xander looks down slightly but does a fake smile and sort of laugh to go with what the king has stated.

Catherine smiled again, this time in fake amusement to the king’s statement as she threw a glance up at Xander. “An assassin?” she asked, acting like she had never heard it before, the smile of amusement still stayed there.

"Yea Xander had this idea of becoming an assassin, though he quit doing it which is good because it is quite a risk doing the things that an assassin would do."
Xander remains sort of silent and nods, holding Catherine a little tighter and continues to fake smile.
As we travel it slowly starts to turn night time and they start to get camped up for the night.

Catherine listened to the king and nodded, a fake little smile on her face. She looked out the window again, instinctively holding his other hand when he held her tighter. She leaned her head back against his shoulder once more, hoping that when they got to where they were going it was going to be positive.

The carriage stops and they are nearby a small town and they start setting up a camp for them and the royalty. Xander looks outside then opens the door. "We can go out now and walk around if you wanted, we won't be moving until morning."

Catherine looked up at him as he spoke before she nodded and smiled up at him. “I would love to walk around, see one of the other towns.” she said as she looked out the door that he had opened. After he had gotten out, she followed suit and slid out of the carriage.

"Then lets go do that then! The towns here are way different from what we are used to, a lot more nature like" Xander helped Catherine down from the carriage then he walked with her, two guards following behind them, keeping some distance from Xander and Catherine. They start to walk towards the town in the forest.

Catherine smiled, excited to see new sights and new places that she had never been before. She took his arm as they walked, watching the area around them pass them by as they kept moving. “It really is beautiful out here.” she murmured contently as she looked around before back over at him. “Thank you for bringing me along,” she said and smiled again, grateful that he had wanted her to come.
