[Boomer]

Mary looked to the TV, a little amused as the pups turned it to a cartoon. She didn't mind, however. She leaned against the couch and yawned.

[Lemon Tea Rain]

Blu sat forward, elbows on her knees and head resting in her paws. She didn't know what she could do anymore, or what she wanted to. Glancing up at the television, she considered just going upstairs to sleep.

[Boomer]

Mary turned to Blu and flicked her tail. "Would you like a book to read?" she asked, "I have lots to choose from." She could tell that Blu was a little bored.

[Lemon Tea Rain]

"That would be nice, yes please. What books do you have?" Blu meowed, standing up to go with Mary and choose a book to read. She was grateful for something to do.

[Boomer]

”I have a lot of medical textbooks, but there’s some various novels too.” she answered. Mary brought Blu to her room and gestured to her bookshelf. ”Take whatever you’d like...” she murmured.

Blu looked through the books, realising none of them really interested her. After a couple of minutes she just picked up any book she put her paw on, as she didn't want to keep any more awkward silences.

"Perhaps one day this week we can go get some books." she suggested. Mary was a little tired from today, but she was more than happy to take Blu to a bookstore.

Blu nodded, smiling slightly. "I had some books back at my room in the palace, but I left them all behind. I barely got time to read them anyway." She meowed as they left the room.

[Boomer]

"We can buy those same books if you'd like?" she offered. Mary walked with her and headed downstairs. "Well, now you'll have a lot of time to read." she smiled.
OOC: I'm gonna be going out Pokemon hunting with my mom, so I may not respond! G'night if we don't come back until later!

Blu sighed heavily and nodded. "I guess you're right.. and we don't have to worry about getting those same books. They were just stuff I took from the library, nothing much interesting."
