I can't see either of those images, but if you want to order your groups, there's already a pretty simple way to do it. Groups are organized in alphabetical order. This means that if you add an extra letter or number to the beginning of a group's name, you can sort it wherever you want. It's not quite as cool as just being able to move groups around, but it works well enough c:
