A round of nods and a group of thanks came from them as they worked around to get plates and food before settling down to eat at the moment.

Vaughn gives a nonchalant wave, not minding too much, and instead resumes poking at the fire while waiting for everyone to finish.

Jack finishes off the food pretty easily, sets the plate down and side for now before laying one of his hands ontop of vaughn's with the faintest of hums. Just subtle contact at the moment.

Vaughn looks over for only a moment before turning his hand over and lacing their fingers, but doesn't focus on it.

Jack smiles faintly, enjoying the simple unseen affection as he curls his fingers slightly to hold vaughn's hand more easily.

Once everyone is done eating, he gets to his feet and leads the group up to the table for them to surround. "So, planning. Helios is protected by soldiers at the moment." He said, tapping where it was on the map. "Not all of it. Just the outside parts, because they have a base set up, so the inside is empty besides for Loader Bots. Getting inside is incredibly unsafe."

"First we'll need to deal with the outside forces. Once they're dealt with." "Me and zane can send in our bots. They can s how unsafe it really is." Maya and Gaige both stated as a start.

Vaughn nodded. "After that, Jack will go in, hack however many bots he can. If we can get them on our side instead of against us, it'd be stronger defenses. Sending them after Hyperion would be useless, so they'd just be back to protect the camp."

"Then we'll need to start moving everything. The faster we can move from this base to the other one the better. So we'll need to get vehicles." Jack stated.
"That wont be a problem. We have the activation codes to the catch-a-ride stations. Ellie shut them down before we went off planet so hyperion couldn't use them." Maya stated with a nod of her head.

"We can't move everything before we secure the base, unless we're clearing out the area just outside. Because to get inside, we have to move through a tunnel area covered with sandworms. I mean... That won't be very hard, 'cause I'm their friend, but I don't know how they'd react to you guys." Vaughn said.
