If you still follow the list, the top of the trade is worth 3-4 2009 rares.
Your side is worth 4 2009 rares, so this is about fair to both sides.
(2016 store pet = late 2009 rare | 2017 store pet = early 2010 rare.)

If you don't use the retired list, it's up to you how you value their side.

Any demand is up to you! I personally wouldn't take it as I prefer your store pets.
That's just my personal preference though. It's really up to you, not me or this thread. c:
