If you still follow the list, both trades are unfair to you. Your bunny is worth 6-7 '09 rares + a '09 uncommon.

Trade one adds up to a bit over 4 '09 rares. Trade two adds up to 3 '09 rares + a '10 rare.

If you value ex-lists like regular rares instead, both trades are overpaying.
Your bunny is from Easter 2009, so it's only worth 2 '09 rares.

Any demand is up to you as demand is subjective. I personally wouldn't take either as I value bunnies at their full worth.
(That is if you go by the list. If you don't, I would definitely take the first trade.)

They're overpaying, the Malk Mutant is only worth the 3 month rule / 1 '09 rare, their side is worth 2 '09 rares + '10 rare. ^^
