It's unfair to you. Your side is worth a 2012 uncommon + a 2015 uncommon.
The top of the trade adds up to a 2014 uncommon + a 2018 uncommon.

(I valued 2 same-year uncommons at an uncommon of the previous year. I also ignored the item.)

If you don't use rarity math and value all uncommons the same regardless of date, it's unfair to the top. c:

They're overpaying. The rare dog (originally from 2008 but extended into 2009) would be worth about the same as your 2016 store pet, the rest is overpay for the 2019 rare on your side. ^^

If you still follow the list, the 2012 store pet is worth 3-4 '09 rares.
Your side is worth 4 '09 rares, so this would be about fair to both sides.
(2009 very rares are typically valued at 2 '09 rares.)

If you don't use the list, how you value the store pet is up to you.
