It's unfair to you. If you go by the retired list, your sockdog alone is overpaying as it's worth 10 '09 rares.
The Boar PPS on their side is only worth 7-8 '09 rares. Any demand is up to you and your trading partner.
Even with any demand, I'd personally still say this is unfair to you due to all the store pets on your side.

If you don't use the retired rare's list and value all lists like regular rares, it's still unfair to your side.
The sockdog is from Christmas '08. Their Boar PPS is from July 2009, so they wouldn't swap due to the date gap.
The store pets on your side would be even more overpay. Demand is again up to you and your trading partner. c:

I personally would accept, but it's really up to you if you want to accept or not.

I personally wouldn't. Your 2013 store pet is worth 2 '09 rares. Your 2015 store pet is worth a mid '09 rare.
Your side is worth 3 '09 rares in total. The top of the trade adds up to a bit more than 2 '09 rares + a '10 rare.
It's really up to you if you want to accept or not though. Any demand is up to you as demand is subjective. c:

But my 08 Queen has good demand, i traded quite a bit for it
