I would say it is overall fair due to the bulk variety of store pets. The store pet on your side tends to have a higher demand, but if I received that trade, I would take it.

Going by the ex-list, your side is worth 3-4 '09 rares, a '10 rare, and a '14 rare.
The top adds up to 5 '09 rares, a '10 rare, and a '13 rare. It's unfair to them.
Any demand is up to you and your trading partner as demand is subjective. c:
