This clearly isn't everything, but I put what I have into a morse code translator and got ?v=QR^??_IEMU

That looks like part of a URL, maybe? We're definitely going to need to find the missing letters.

?v=QR^?A_IEMU looks like the end of a YouTube video link.

Notice the ?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ
Maybe there is more parts? because ?v=QR^?A_IEMU isn't complete and I tried putting it into the last part of the link and deleting the ^? there was nothing. Maybe the letters could be rearranged? Hopefully we find something soon c:
