Relationship Points and Health Percentage
Okay, so this is probably where things get new for people. Here are a couple concepts that I've come up with to keep each story personal and individual!
Relationship Points (ReP)
Relationship points, or
ReP, will help track the relationships that your character has with the cats that they interact with. Certain interactions can take away or give
ReP depending on the choice your character makes and how you RP them. Your choice and RP will also determine how many
ReP are taken or given.
A few things to know about ReP:-You will automatically start with +5 or -5
ReP with your parent cats depending on who they are. You will be assigned parents depending on which Clan you're in and what color(s) your character is. You will also be randomly assigned an amount of siblings from 0-3, but your
ReP with them will start at 0. Your
ReP with every other cat will also start at 0.
-The amount of
ReP you have with a cat will determine how they interact with you as well as the choices that become available or unavailable with them.
-Once you reach +10
ReP with a cat, you are considered to be friends.
-Once you reach +20
ReP with a cat, you will be able to become mates with them.
-Once you reach -10
ReP with a cat, you are known to dislike each other but you are not yet enemies.
-Once you reach -20
ReP with a cat, you are considered to be enemies.
Health Percentage (HP)
*Please note that in this forum HP stands for health PERCENTAGE, not health POINTS.Health percentage, or
HP, will track how healthy your character is throughout the story. Certain interactions or situations (such as battles, diseases, accidents, etc) can take away or give
HP depending on the choice your character makes and how you RP them. Your choice and RP will also determine how much
HP is taken or given.
A few things to know about HP:-Your character will automatically start the game at 100%
HP.
-If your
HP hits 0%, your character dies and your story ends.
-The amount of
HP your character has can determine what choices will and won't be available to them. For example, if a battle is going on but your character is on a very low amount of
HP, you won't be given the choice to let them fight. There will be opportunities, such as resting and medicine cat treatment, to recover
HP.
