Is there a theme for this month's butterfly wolves? I really like them!

I believe the artist said they were inspired by huskies and their different colorations, but the designs were just a creative whim, not meant to look exactly like huskies.

Some fantastic colors on this horse They remind me a bit of tropical fish, haha. Can't wait to see what moth it's based on because those stripes and spots are so curious!

It's a lovely Leaf Roller Moth(Pseudatteria leopardina). Indeed it kinda resembles a tropical fish XD.

If you're curious about the theme I was originally just doodling and seeing what I could come up in grey scale (first outcome) starting off with a light grey and building it up with darker greys. It started looking almost husky like so I made that the theme and each outcome features a different type of husky coloration/markings with light to dark curves/stripes and spots. It was mostly improved but it got me working on some really cool shapes/patterns.

One of my favorites from this litter as it was very fun to color. This one is a Peridrome orbicularis(Aganainae) ^^.



Though honestly it could very well be any moth in the Aganainae family, they all are incredibly similar in patterns and colors.
