v how often do you get frustrated? how do you relieve

I get mildly frustrated a couple times a day, but I get over it really fast because it's never too much. I very rarely get incredibly frustrated. When that happens, I either cry it out or I sleep.

Every freakin day. I have about a three hour period between getting home from work and going to bed (aka now) where I just sequester myself in my room and don't speak to anyone and just do whatever I want to unwind. I'm out of the house from 8am-9pm so if I don't have me-time at the end of the night I will explode

I hate to admit it, but I get frustrated very easily lately. I used to have more patience but it's just wearing thin now. I don't really relieve it. I power through it. (spoiler alert don't do that. It doesn't work.)

yeah, I like not having responsibilities and I'll get to fly back to where I used to live and spend a week or two at my best friend's house before I start college so i'm really looking forward to that :>
