Appearance: Sydney stands at around 5' 10" with a toned physique. Years of almost constant action has burned the fat off of her body. Her eyes are an interesting grey-violet mix which goes well with her silky black hair. On top of this, she has high cheekbones and full lips that give her a natural beauty. There is an intelligent and calculating air about her. Sydney has a long scar on the front of her neck from a rather nasty near-death experience. The wound never quite healed properly and will bother Sydney from time to time, especially when she's fired up. She has a long, winding tattoo of a snake around her torso and an anchor on her ankle.
Personality: Sydney is not what one can call a nice person. Instead, the fiery female is cold and snappy most of the time, though she has a bit of a soft spot for her crew and tends to treat them with more respect and kindness than others. She is a determined and ruthless person, which is what allowed her to move her way up to first mate in such a short time. On top of this, she is a powerful fighter and necromancer. Sydney is adept in swordplay, archery, and necromancy, but she lacks social skills. She prefers spending time with herself than others but will take charge when needed. Despite unwillingness to mingle, she is a dependable person and will always be there when someone when a crewmate needs her.
History: Not much is known about Sydney, as she has been careful to keep her past a secret. She joined the pirates at nineteen and became the first mate a year ago following the death of the old first mate.

personality :
left to fend for himself for the vast majority
of his life, Owen has learned to keep his
mouth shut; especially around people he
doesn't know. He doesn't have trouble
making friends, but he has trouble
trusting said friends. Once attached,
however, he is the sweetest thing ever.
If he must talk to somebody he doesn't
know, he is very polite in doing so. He
tends to lock up his emotions, so he
can end up having extreme anger spurts
without his consent, or even knowing why.

backstory :
when he was very little his mother died, leaving him with
his father and his littler sister whom was only 2 years old,
himself being 4. What his mother never realized was that
their father was extremely mentally and verbally abusive.
His father targeted his sister with the mentality of fixing
her while she's still young; and Owen often had to stand
up to him for her sake, resulting in scars and bruises all
over his body. Many are still present, after he took his
sister and escaped. One night, when the cold night
woke him, he noticed why it was cold; his sister had
gone. To this day, he assumes that she left the island,
escaped from all of their issues.
