I don't give Molly pig ears I give her dog toys and Nylabone. Again antlers can be very harmful for their teeth. Fractured teeth can be expensive to remove as well. not worth it in my opinion.
Considering my family and I are paying out of pocket to get her spayed in a few months when she's old enough we can't afford to have extract a fractured tooth from a deer antler. Not worth the risk and money it could cost us if she breaks one of her coming in adult teeth.

Yes, dogs do eat grass a lot, there are many reasons why your dog could be eating grass. Maybe he is sick, bored or has worms. If your dog doesn't feel well he may eat grass to make himself vomit. This is just what I read, my dogs eat grass all the time and there is nothing wrong with them, hey maybe it just tastes good! Lol

@ .Kira Nightblade. & QueenPebbles93 :: thanks, they for the most part enjoy photos.
@ the antler debate : LexyB has already said that it is their opinion and their experiences with it, everyone is allowed to have their opinion on the usage of a product and what their vet may or may not say about it. If you don't agree and having a different point so be it, yes, puppies teeth and need chew toys, people will do what they want for their dog for that.
comparing a baby with a dog is not a good argument as most don't even have teeth to begin with and just start the teething process along with beginning to introduce solid foods. a puppy has teeth and eats solid based foods by 6-8 weeks of age. yes puppy teeth are not as strong as adult teeth for obvious reasons but comparing them to a baby under six months that is on liquid based and just getting teeth is not a valid comparison.

@Eleu's puppers: I love your pictures, your dogs always look so focused and well behaved, the only time I can get a decent photo of my dog is if she's on Trazodone. ;-;
@antler 'discussion': No two dogs are the same. Some are heavy chewers, some just lightly nibble and then are bored and find something else. It really depends on how well you know your dog and what's best for it. I would personally NEVER let my dogs have a nylabone. They are very destructive and swallow any chunks they'd manage to break off. I give them soft, large elk antlers and so far they're fine. It's your preference- your opinion - to be giving nylabones and to think they're safe, as well as it is their preference to be giving antlers to puppies and think they are safe. As long as there is no harm being done to the pups and they are being supervised this is not a big deal. If we took away everything that could hurt our dogs they'd be living in cushioned rooms. Anyway, give your dog whatever kind of chew you want, just be responsible and smart about it. 🙌

is it normal for a dog not to eat hard food?? i have a 11 month maltese and he doesn't seem to like hard food very much but then again, i recently started feeding it to him, like about a month ago. and also, what causes a dog to throw up and is it normal? he's totally fine, not sick or anything but sometimes he throws up. i wonder if it's his food or maybe he ate some scraps off the floor..
