He squeaked when an owl, or something, flew at the blonde guy...The blonde guy yelled at it, as if it were his sister or something. He tilted his head as he watched, leaning away from the wall and rubbing his back. He let out a sigh, nearly missing the creature turn human shaped. However, he didn’t miss it, he saw it... “What...what the heck?!” he yelled, wincing and covering his mouth. They’d obviously hear his yell, unless they were too focused on each other.

Aralynn had been heading to her room to put her hair up when her new acquaintance decided it was alright to make more of an appearance. She first heard him speak behind her, which gave her time to correct her demeanor. Of course he had seen the gushy maternal-like side of her already thanks to watching her and Akihito. That fact didn't stop the teen from dropping back into her dry guarded public persona she used around her people or guards. She accepted Duality's deal to keep her family safe, not out of trust. Trust or no trust Aralynn had the gut feeling that he was the best chance at keeping them from harm. That was all she needed. The young queen looked up at the male as he stood right in front of her the second she had turned around. "For the future watch your distance and the sneaking up on me if you can restrain yourself will you? I happen to have a dagger hidden on me at all times and can use it.", said Aralynn warningly, "And I am sure Akira is fine. You don't know my sister. What I said about her and Aki isn't a lie after all, but should someone not be out there looking for her?" Looking away from Duality she ignored the comment about her cooking the blonde teen continued, "No nothing as of now. Not that I have had much time to look into things. I plan on doing some late reading tonight."

The vampire watched as his friend got accustomed to his gift tossing it controlled up in the air only to catch it again. The dark haired vampire seemed comfortable with it....that was good. Not that Fallon cared but it was still good. "Sure just hold still.", said Fallon when asked if he coukd attach the leather sheath to Konan's belt. He walked over to her and started securing it in place onto the blade's new owner's left hip. "I may not understand or like it but the human still your step parent.", said the male giving the sheath a firm tug to make sure it was secured well, "I'm not going to attack the one that raised you. I'm cold and brutal but not stupid."

The fox kept her head tilted, thinking Akira looked confused...Shaking herself, she huffed when Akira said she did need rest, because it sounded like she didn’t believe Jessika about being a vampire as well as Kenji. She flicked her tail a few times, breathing lowly, then shuddered. She needed to feed, but if Akira wasn’t believing the existence of vampires...how was she to get a meal? She didn’t want to...but she’d heard the stories of vampires not feeding going crazy. Again, she didn’t want to end up like that...She yiped when Akira mentioned money... “Erm...wasn’t really thinking of that, y’know? Kenji told me to get you out of there, then you said you wanted to get back to the castle tonight...” she sighed.

She hummed as she caught the small knife, after she’d tossed it daringly. She continued to hum as she looked back to her friend, sighing softly...Did he really like her, hanging out with her? Or did he do it out of obligation to her vampire parent? She’d seen them talking one day, thinking they were so sneaky...Shaking her head, she nodded at him, though squeaked when he touched her a bit, to be able to put the holder on her belt. She wouldn’t say that didn’t make her blush...but she also wouldn’t say anything if Fallon didn’t notice the color in her cheeks. Which she hoped he wouldn’t...He probably didn’t like her that way, and would be weirded out, she believed. She nodded at him, saying “Good.” then looked to Henrietta, whom had tensed up a bit... “Henrietta?”

Theo paid little mind to the surrounding people as he growled and nipped at the detective’s legs, pretty much fully relying on his animalistic instincts at that point. He felt his strength growing with each lick of blood and was now stuck in a situation where he would have to make a decision. As a vampire he wasn’t unused to killing, but the entire thing felt very wrong when he was in the position to choose. Unfortunately for the lone detective Theo was desperate and he hadn’t called any back up. The wolf-like canine whipped around and jumped, catching the man’s shoulder in his maw and bringing him down with enough force to knock him out. The vampire drank his fill, pausing once he regained his senses and ensured that the injured citizen was still breathing.

Well, that whole ordeal was embarrassing. The shepherd licked the blood from his chest and paws the best he could (not entirely effectively but not too obvious because of his dark fur). Then, he finally turned an pricked his ears at the sound of a skirmish. He trotted over to the small courtyard here he noticed his old companion arguing with an owl that quickly turned human. That must be Ruby, he guessed. Theo licked his lips once more and moved to approach the two to see if he could help sort things out only to raise his hackles and still when a new figure cried out in surprise.

Theo wasted no time letting out a guttural snarl and bounding toward the human. That was obviously what he was, what with his surprise and the strong stench of life. Instead of immediately tearing out the teenager’s throat like he had originally planned with the detective, however, the large dog settled for just jumping up with a front paw on each side of him. Now effectively pinning Akihito to the wall behind him the beast brought his snout near his neck. “You’ll shut your mouth right now.” Theo snarled with his ears flattened to the back of his head. Only afterwards did it register to him that dogs did not normally speak and his ears flew up in alarm of his mistake.

He quoetly squeaked again when he saw that dog from before approaching. Skwaking like some sort of stinkin bird would just be embarrasing...Shaking his head and gently and quietly clearing his throat, he tried to calm himself; only to have the dog snarl at him and turn to actually look upon him now. How had the dog not noticed him until just now? Shaking his head, he quickly yelped and pushed away from the wall as it, he, came running at him, only to have the dog jump up and Kabedon (Jap. wall slam) him. He thought about blushing, then realized that was downright weird since it was a dog...He reached to pet the dog, thinking that would calm it, then the voice came. Now, that was an attractive voice, and he actually did blush, up until realizing it was the dog...Scolding himself, he then muttered “Dog..talking dog...” and moved on with his plan of petting the dog. Don’t you dare bite me... “Are you a vampire?” he suddenly muttered.

Ren watched Theo and shook his head. The reckless vampire didn’t even notice he was pinning down one of Enber’s heirs. He turned to check on Ruby and sighed when she was crying in the darkest corner of the ally. Ren grumbled as he inspected the scratches on him that Ruby made. He casually licked the blood of his arm and pulled Theo away from Akihito. “Don’t you know who this is!?” Ren gestured to the small crown on Akihito’s head.

Ruby continued to attempt to guilt trip Ren even though she knew that he could tell she was faking. She ran off again hoping to get as far away from him as possible. She shoved past humans until she found the coffe shop,a perfect place to cry by yourself and eat.

Finished securing the small weapon to his satisfaction, Fallon looked up at Konan noticing her cheeks were a bit redder then normal. Raising an eyebrow, "Are you feeling alright?" Though his attention was drawn away the next moment from Konan, to the fleeing barking canine that had been accompanying them. "Whats gotten into her?", asked the vampire.

Theo gave a gruff bark when he saw Akihito’s hand reach for him, nipping the air close to it as a warning. Sheesh, had this kid never seen a wild animal before? When he started speaking, the dog finally lifted his muzzle away from his neck and instead directed it towards his mouth. “What did I just say?” At this point the currently-freaking-out-vampire realised that he had ruined his chances of the other dismissing his comment as the work of imagination, not that Ruby’s shift from owl form helped very much.

The Belgian Shepherd’s ears went up a bit upon noticing the blush, Akihito’s blood bounding no spell to him after his recent meal but confusing him enough to make him pause. That was when the heir spoke again, asking if he was a vampire. This question stunned Theodore enough to make him pull his head back and prick his ears. This left him vulnerable for the human’s next attempt at a stroke. Just as his crow form had enjoyed the pets from Ren, the canine leaned into the prince’s hand for a moment before snapping out of it. “Wha- no-!” Just as Theo blurted out half an answer and bared his teeth, he felt a tug on his scruff and flopped onto his back.

He stood and shook himself off, leaving an imprint of dark blood where he had landed. Instantly the dog turned and glared protectively at Akihito with a low snarl. That is, until Theo heard the criticism and glanced over to the vampires’ own heir. For a few moments his violet eyes moved to watch Ruby’s escape but was too distracted by Ren’s words to say anything about it. Following his comrade’s pointing arm, he straightened his stance to see the glint of the headpiece.

Theo’s growling mouth shut right up at that, and after shooting Ren a wide-eyed look of terror whined and looked up at Akihito with as apologetic a look that a dog could muster. “A-Ah. Terribly sorry for jumping on you sir, though I’m afraid you’ll have to come with us for the time being.” He took another step towards the human heir’s side, partially to steady the balance Theo had likely put off and partially to block off the most obvious exit.

Ren Just rolled his eyes slowly. He tapped his foot impatiently as his stomach growled. Ren was very hungry but he had other things to worry about,like finding Ruby. He turned to look at Theo and shook his head in disapproval. “Next time you get hungry be careful and look around you..” Ren looked around a bit worried. “I’d stay here but I have to go find my friend....before she does something she might regret.” He shifted into an eagle and flew off into the sky to find Ruby

Ruby cried as she sat down and put her head down. She kicked the seat down next to her.
