mostly fair.
their side = to around C$ 190
2017 store pets are worth on average 33 C$ each (so *5 = 165)
the bat is from October/Halloween 2010 and worth ~25 C$ (so 165+25=190)

depends how you both value the pink balloon AND the floppy eared september.

if youre valuing it OFF LIST then this would be overpay on your end as the floppy eared and the pink balloon are the same species and born within 3 months of each other.

the pink balloon was worth between ~21-24 mid advents (a mid advent being ~7 '09 rares).
the floppy eared september was worth ~5-6 mid advents
everything else on your side is equal to about 17-18 '09 rares (or any extra 2.5 mid advents totalling out to ~8 mid advents)
so you would be underpaying by a large margin.

this is why i encourage people to not continue using the discontinued list ^^
