(lol, what the general consensus for dragon sounds are --> growls, hisses, rumbles, roars.... don't really use yowled much for anything other than feline animals)

Yuki surveyed Embers, deciding how to best approach her. "How nice of you to grace us with your presence. Not many will climb this high. We were just talking about my non-existent love life. If you will, do you have anyone you like or love?"

Embers laughed, and a puff of smoke escaped her jaws. "Love life? Nah, not for me. At least, not yet. We don't get much company around here though," she added sadly. "Well, before I ask you about yours, would you tell me your name?" She smiled.

"Depends," drawled Yuki to Embers, "on what you plan to do with it. Ha ha. I'm joking. Of course I'll tell you. I'm Yuki, pleasure to meet you." for now... thought Yuki. Yuki then dropped through the cloud she was laying on, no longer using her cloud-walking ability, opened her wings and powerfully flapped a few wingbeats to get to Ember's altitude and held out her hand (she has opposable thumbs so it's a hand instead of a paw) for a shake.

Yuki's temperature would be warmer than that of a typical kallick dragon due to sunbathing, but still cold enough to not induce hyperthermia (overheat). However, that could also be explained by the cold winds found at this altitude as well.

Flitz surveyed the two, then dropped down into the ocean to visit Queen Thorry, confident that Yuki and Embers would get along.

She flew to a field and laid down in the ground. She was getting a bit bored. She started looking up at the clouds, at her home.

Flitz swooped out of the ocean, splattering the beach with water. "Hello,"Flitz said to Queen Thorry,"How are you?"

Embers looked quizzically at Yuki, but shrugged off the feeling that there was something she was telling her. "Nice to meet you too, I'm Embers." She glanced at the offered hand, then awkwardly took it in her claws. "I haven't seen you here before, are you new? Or am I just really not observant?" Her wings started to get tired from beating so long just to keep her in the same place, but she wouldn't let on.

She suddenly shot back into the air and into the clouds. She felt more at peace here, simply because it was where she belonged. She started to let all of her worries shed off her as she soared through the pure white clouds.

A puzzled frown graced Yuki's face, "Newly born? No. I mostly lead a solitary life. It's only recently with the war that I've sorta been forced out into the world..." Her mouth turned into a pout and then she closed her eyes and though aloud, "Although I guess I should stop being such a hermit. I'm waaaaaaay behind on current events. So what have you been up to recently?" She opened her eyes and looked at Embers. Yuki was still in the air, flapping her wings, at eye level with Embers.

"Oh nothing much," she replied. "I let Queen Thorry make the decisions, and I fight whatever and whenever I have to fight." She smiled sheepishly.
