10/10. no, its not very useful for competitive, but i still really like this pokemon. the design is so pretty, and i love the concept, granting wishes while it wakes from a thousand year nap. the shiny is also very pretty. jirachi's stats arent the best, but its still a very pretty pokemon that makes me smile.
