She sighed. "That's unfortunate. I suppose I'll just ask her when we get back." She shrugged. They finally arrived at their border and Snowstorm started walking along it in silence. After a moment, a glint of mischief gleamed in her eyes. "So, do you have anyone in your sights? You know, for a mate?" She asked, as she was unable to think of anything else to ask.

Try not to think about that." She muttered, her ears flattening. She thought for a moment. "Well, maybe there's someone.. You~" She couldn't hold back a mrrow of laughter. She had hoped that her joke would lighten the mood. "I'm just joking. There hasn't really been anyone to really catch my eye.. Not yet, at least."

Redfur stood then, shaking out her fur as she padded towards the entrance of the den, slipping into the clearing, her gaze rose to the small group of cats with an unfamiliar She-cat and frowned slightly. She knew the disappearance of Hailkits parents had startled the clan but would Gingerstar really accept a rouge into camp? She already had enough cats to take care of and the risk of sickness still weighed heavily on the camp, she flattened her ears slightly. If gingerstar chose to invite the She-cat in there was nothing she could do, and she certainly wouldn't go against her leaders wishes.
