A couple based off of the Greek Gods, Demeter and Apollo. Demeter being the Goddess of the Harvest, and Apollo being the God of the light and the sun; truth and prophecy.

They don't have a story yet, but I'll be plotting one soon. :3

[Story told from Seafoam's point of view]

I made my way down the shore, the waves lapping at my paws softly, my golden colored cape falling over my shoulders gracefully. The butterfly that always trailed along side me was fluttering slightly in front of me. I spotted my sister, her fur was lighter. I envyed that, since I was always called "the dark twin", when I really hid no secrets, but she hid many secrets. I knew of them, because I had special abilities. Well, that may have been my only secret, I hid nothing else but that. her secrets were dark, plans to take over the kingdom out of jealousy. She always though I was favored over her, yet it was not the case. As her gaze caught mine, I turned and ran gracefully down the beach, pretending I didn't see her. I batted at "my" butterfly, like a playful kitten. The butterfly was my friend, I didn't know why, but she was.
I glanced up, the sky was darkening. The sun was lowering in the sky, casting an orange glow on the water, accompanying the pink and purple hues of the sunset. I smiled and closed my eyes.
"Hello." A voice said from behind me. I quickly jumped, turning to face to face with the tall black wolf. "Uh, hi. Who are you?" I asked, sitting down and pawing the sand nervously. "Sorry to surprise you like that. I'm Midnight." he said with a chuckle.
I cast a glance at his front legs, they had stars running the length of them. I suddenly realized I looked rude, and looked up, blushing slightly. "Sorry, I'm Seafoam, most call me Sea though." I said, grinning a bit, not realizing we had begain to walk slowly down the beach. "Nice to meet you, Sea." Midnight said, stopping for a bit and wagging his tail. "What?" I asked, sitting down again and tilting my head. "I was admiring your eyes." he murmured, looking deep into my golden eyes. "Thanks, I guess." I said, smiling a bit.
"You know, I could get used to a girl like you." he sighed, laying down on the beach, admiring the sunset. "But you barely know me." I protested, not understanding why he was attracted to me. "Don't you believe in love at first sight?" he asked as I lay down next to him on the beach. "I've never really thought of it." I replied, not thinking, just saying. I saw his eyes grow wide and a grin spread across his face. "The butterfly!" he exclaimed, jumping to his feet excitedly. "What about it?" I grinned. "Look." he said, motioning with his tail towards a darker colored butterfly. "They say that soul mates meet in the least expected place, and they will both have an animal that trails them. No two animals are the same, unless your soul mate has one." he explained softly.
I smiled wide as he layed his tail protectivly over my back, I leaned agaisnt him softly. "I've known you for 45 minutes and it seems I've known you my entire life." I said softly, knowing this was true.

The boy held a slingshot in his hand; he pulled back the band, and then bam.
The rock hit the bird.
In a small, graceful movement, the bird fell to the ground. It's eyes were suddenly lifeless - a ghostly reflection surrounded it, and its wing was bent in an awkward angle.

The girl on the fence looked at him curiously, a light mess of brown hair bobbing in the wind.
"You killed Lise's bird," said Robin. She tightened her grip ever so slightly on the fence's top, her light, amber eyes still looking at Tom with a gentle curiosity. She watched him turn away from her, almost as though he hadn't noticed her.

"Yeah."

"What'd you do that for?"

The boy shrugged, putting his hands in his pockets nonchalantly.
"It was already in pain. I just saved it, that's all."

She stumbled with her words, as though she wasn't quite sure what Tom had meant.
"But... what do you gain... out of all of this? I mean, it looked fine just this morning; Lise'll be so angry... and..."

Tom rolled his eyes in a quick movement. "It's not what I gained that counts, Robin," said the boy, "it's what I didn't lose that mattered the most."

She narrowed her eyes.
"I don't get it," said Robin, "Lise lost her bird. Don't you - she lost her bird. She loved her bird."

"Lise'll get over it."

"But she didn't just lose her bird, you killed it."

Tom looked at her, his expression softening suddenly.
"Thing is, Robin, she kinda needs another bird right now. And that's why you're here."

Life is full of drama, sadness, depression, shock, and arguments; We just gotta' deal with it.

I pat his back and he flings around at me, his wooden handle sticks flying around in behind him. "How could you love me, Mary? Im a hideous, wooden beast!" He yells at me. I sigh. "Jause, I love you because your you. Nothing can break us apart!" I tell him, hesitating before kissing his cheek. He frowns at me. "See! You hesitated to kiss me. Because you dont like that im wooden because sometimes when you kiss me you get slivers!!" He screams, storming down the hall. I scuttle after him, laughing. "No, Jause. I love you just the way you are!" I say, picking up a brownie and cherry soda from a nearby table. I had set the food and drink out for him, so I tend to give them to him. I stop him and slide the brownie and soda on a coffee table, pushing him into a seat. "Please listen." I say, grinning. I put a green blanket over his shoulders, but He looks away, trying t fling it off. "No, Mary! I will not! You dont love me!! How could you love me? You shouldnt!!!" He says, but I just shake my head in disbelief. "Jause! Please," I began. He flicks the blanket off. "No, you listen!" He says. "Mary, I would change for you if I could! And you know I would die for you... Anything for you." I scream right back. "NO. I never want you to change! Your perfect JUST THE WAY YOU ARE. Id die for you tooo!!!" I tell him. He doesnt listen. All he does is get up and glare at the window. We are maybe 2 or 3 stories up in my apartment. I stop him. "Jause, what are you thinking of?" I ask worriedly. He doesnt answer, but gets to the window and looks down the 3 stories of different rooms and lights. It is night at this time. He pushes me into a couch and runs backwards, knocking a glass ortament off the shelf; Luckily, I catch it. He runs forwards towards the window and.......

I screamed as Jause went flying down the 3 stories. Tears flood her eyes and she yells out the window. Shattered wood lies there, on the sidewalk. She leans on a nearby corner and flies to the ground, covering her eyes with her paws, trying to make the crying stop. But how could she? Her Love just jumped out a 3 story window and died!! I get up and put my hands over the cup of soda that Jause had. Under that was a crumpled peice of paper. I uncrumple it and read it aloud.

"Mary... I told you I would die for you; and I did. I know you werent happy with me, and I couldnt change for you, so I died for you.

Now you can be happy without me, and live a different life with someone else."
It says. I break out crying, and run down to where Jause fell. There, I see, like it was carved "accidently", a wood shaped like a heart. "I love you Mary; I did before, and I still will forever." It said. She knew something was up with Jause! He broke a peice of himself just to carve that he loves her into a peice of wood that looks like a heart. I pick up the wood and hold it tightly to my chest and police cars flood the street and police tape covers parts of the street and the way around Jause. The policeman glares at me weirdly. "Yes, sir?" I say, a tear falling. "Ma'am, im afraid you'll have to step away from the scene." He explains. I shake my head, tears again flooding my eyes. "No, sir.... Jause was my boyfriend...I was soon to be his Fiance." I say. He nods. "Ah, Jause.. At least we know his name." He laughed. I frowned unhappily. He noticed it wasnt funny, and just walked away.
