Redfur awoke with a soft yawn as she raised her head, perking her ears to listen to the gentle murmurs of her clanmates as they awoke beyond the safety of her den. She sighed softly, shifting in her nest to smooth down her ruffled fur with a few swift licks.

Cherrytail awoke to the voices of the kits and twitched her ear around to listen to them, they weren't being too loud so she was okay with them talking but she would be quick to brush them from the nursery if they threatened to awaken the other queen and her kits.

. The faint chatter of her clanmate's awoke Bumbletuft, making her ear flick. The She-cat slowly rose to her paws, quickly shaking the moss clumps that stuck to her pelt. Bumbletuft looked around the den and noticed a few other warriors still sleeping. She clumsily padded outside the den and sat in the corner of the clearing to clan herself. Slowly cleaning the matted fur that she can reach, she gave each clump of fur a brisk lick.

"Because it's fun and it works to get you up," Nettlepaw meowed with a soft chuckle. He smirked slightly when he noticed Bumblepaw curl up tighter. "Watch this," he whispered to Sinpaw before prowling forward and prodding Bumblepaw with a paw.

. Bumbletuft noticed the three cats discussing something, she could barely make out what they were saying. A Hunting patrol? Well, I should probably go and ask to join, She thought. It won't do me any harm. The she-cat got up and made her way to the group. "Good morning," she dipped her head. "I...er, I hope you don't mind me joining the patrol." She murmured while slightly flattening her ears. "The prey won't catch itself when I'm being a lazy lump here back at camp"
