A Glorious Comeback (1x! with *Adashi*)

"It's mostly Timothy and Zero. They both get curious. And I think it's helping Timothy get over the fact you're here." Rhys says, settling back and looking up at the ceiling. "Not much, though. Definitely told Timothy too much since he used it against me and bought you cat toys."

"Which the only one i really use is that catnip mouse and only when i'm stressing out or just... not here? Disassociating with everything around me otherwise you have it locked in your at home office desk.... Maybe those crinkle balls, just because they sound weird." He mumbled with a small chuckle. "I still can't believe he covered that damn tower in cat nip.... Spent like, two and a half days just licking it.... At least thats what you told me. Still can't remember what happens when i'm on it straight." He mumbled with a small, pouty, huff before nuzzling his cheek against rhys chest once more.

"If you keep dissociating, that might be a concern. I don't want you completely wandering off on me. Or at least, for that to become a coping method for you. It isn't very healthy." Rhys says softly, raising a hand to brush through his hair.

"Its not that bad... I've only really... checked out three, four times? Only needed the mouse once. The other times you pulled me out of it." He retorted, lighty pushing up into the touch with a gentle hum.

"If you say so." Rhys chuckles, a bit amused with Jack getting defensive. "You distracted me, though. I forgot to ask for someone to bring us breakfast. And I'm pretty hungry." He sighs dramatically.

"Mmm.... Think your stuck now. Because i'm comfortable now too." Jack mumbled in an amused manner as his tail thumps against the bed between rhys legs a bit more.

"Ah, well... I’ve always been a little curious about cannibalism." Rhys says, moving his hands to Jack’s shoulders before laughing a bit. "No, but seriously. Just let me reach over to grab my echo."

"You'd probably hurt your teeth on my plating there princess." He states, playfully poking at rhys side. He shifts when rhys tries to stretch out for his echo but refuses to budge at first. Heck, he's even tempted to grab it just to toss it further out of reach. He, instead, ends up sitting up so to reach out and grab it, then put it back in rhys hands before settling back down ontop of him.

"Jack." Rhys complains, until he’s finally given the echo and he hums happily before messaging their caterers on the ground floor and asking if they’d have the time to whip up something. They message back a confirmation and he places down his echo. “Now that wasn’t so hard, was it?”

"You made me move. Its gunna take me forever to get comfortable again." He answered playfully, shifting himself around ontop of rhys just to mess with him before he settles back down pretty easily. "I hope you realize when they get here, i'm not getting back up again. You're effectively trapped." He concluded with a soft, playful, chuckle.
