Neutral. I think it depends. The quality of friends is more important than the quantity. Just because you have a smaller group of friends doesn’t mean that they’re all humble and good company (and vice versa). It just comes down to the people themselves.
Constantly trying to one-up someone doesn’t make you look better or more interesting. Purposefully emphasizing your abilities with the sole intention of making someone else feel lesser than you is ignorant and will not make people think you’re extraordinary.
