five beautiful things

Just a little fun for when you have time to kill

The first option again, that feeling is so rare and so cool

1. Crunching and smell of dry leaves of all shades of red under your feet in autumn
2. Slowly swinging late in the evening on the garden swing in the backyard of your house
3. Putting your hand in the water and feeling it lazily licking the hand while you're in the boat
4. Getting an unexpected and unplanned day off at school or work
5. Petting the soft fur on cat's belly

All of these are amazing, but as someone that gets stressed out due to school way too often,4 is my favourite one.
1.Finishing your chores early enough to have the rest of the day to relax/have fun
2.Eating your favourite homemade meal
3.Speaking to someone you've missed and haven't seen in a while
4.The feeling you have when you are half asleep, but not sleeping yet;you are just very relaxed
5.When your favourite part of the song comes
I love opeth! dm me and we can chat about opeth
I also love septicflesh and hypocrisy and gus g. I just rlly love metal music

would be #3 but depending on who it was and how awkward the situation was I might get a bit anxious, so #4

- the first time you're able to successfully sing an entire song when it comes on the radio because you decided to teach yourself it in its entirety
- when a song that strangely fits the moment perfectly starts playing, almost like a scene in a movie
- making amends
- when your best friend always seems to know exactly what you're thinking/about to say, something that often invokes equal parts frustration and the strange bliss of connection
- seeing how much your art has improved
"ᴀʀᴇ ᴡᴇ ᴍ ᴀ ᴋ ɪ ɴ ɢ - ᴛ ᴏ ᴛ ᴀ ʟ - ᴅ ᴇ ꜱ ᴛ ʀ ᴏ ʏ ᴏʀ ᴊᴜꜱᴛ ᴍ ᴀ ᴋ ɪ ɴ ɢ - ᴀ - ʟ ɪ ᴠ ɪ ɴ ɢ?"

Two!
Oh goodness. It's just. Neat.

-Finally getting that book you've wanted for a while
-Finding a song that vibes with your emotions
-When your dog wants to sit by you instead of elsewhere
-Hugging someone after a long time apart
-The smell after rain

ah man, #2 and #5 are tied

- nostalgia
- the fact that we, humans, the most advanced species on this planet, are able to become emotionally attached to something as silly as a plastic cup
- finding a really nice pen
- that tense moment before you take a drink of your McDonald's soda, wondering if it's gonna taste right or not... and it does!
- the smell of campfire smoke
"ᴀʀᴇ ᴡᴇ ᴍ ᴀ ᴋ ɪ ɴ ɢ - ᴛ ᴏ ᴛ ᴀ ʟ - ᴅ ᴇ ꜱ ᴛ ʀ ᴏ ʏ ᴏʀ ᴊᴜꜱᴛ ᴍ ᴀ ᴋ ɪ ɴ ɢ - ᴀ - ʟ ɪ ᴠ ɪ ɴ ɢ?"

the smell of campfire smoke, for sure. sitting by the campfire while it flickers is just so beautiful honestly.

- sounds of summer; crickets chirping, birds singing
- seeing fireflies in the dark
- fairy lights
- singing and roasting marshmallows over a campfire,
- the northern lights

These things are not very close to me, only the first option I really like

1. Making a good joke and hearing a burst of laughter among people
2. Getting unexpected praise from a person who rarely praises anyone
3. The sound of leaves rustling in the wind in the cool summer
4. Watching a movie with a happy ending and suffocating with characters' happiness
5. Coming back to the place where you used to be as a kid and seeing that nothing has changed since then

Mm- probably #5 or #2

One: Watching a butterfly land with its' wings open on a flower
Two: Sitting in a field of flowers while the wind blows gently around you in the spring
Three: Taking a stroll in a cemetery, wondering what these people's lives were like.
Four: Roasting marshmallows on a cool summer night and watching the fireflies light up all around you in harmony.
Five: Making little kids giggle at jokes you used to find funny as a kid.

Probably number three, I've always had fond memories of the past; likely due to my amazing grandparents and our elderly gardener friend who has such interesting stories. I love old people.

1. I take great enjoyment in any sort of animal. Especially the ones who are labeled as "dangerous" or "unlucky".

2. I love to roleplay with people and really express my creative writing portion of my personality.

3. Any sort of online game. It makes me feel so much better to interact with people who are similar to myself; nobody in my real life can relate to me at all. All the interesting people live hundreds of miles away from me. -_-

4. Nature walks. The best way to relieve stress and view the beauty of Mother Nature.

5. BOOKS! I cannot express my obsession over libraries and their content. You'll find me reading anything from The Encyclopedia of Dinosaurs to Harry Potter to My Little Pony novels.

Definitely the fourth one. <3

~Getting to meet an online friend in real life for the first time.
~Planting a seed and watching it slowly grow into a beautiful plant.
~Watching cherry blossom petals blow by in the breeze.
~Listening to a really uplifting song that just makes you feel great.
~Finally getting something in the mail that you've been waiting a while for.
