" Goodnight Catherine, get a good sleep." Xander hugged her back and smiled at her. He then started to walk around the house quietly sort of patrolling the area a bit. Looking out windows and making sure to try to stay a bit hidden and not to make too much noise.

Catherine closed her door after he had gone downstairs and flopped onto her bed after changing. She switched off her bedside lamp and quickly fell asleep.

(Medieval times didnt have electricity. Unless Catherine switched off the flame for her lamp)
Xander continued to looking around through the night. He does get pretty tired during the night but remains awake for Catherine. Glad that he could keep her and her mom safe during the night.

Catherine slept comfortably, besides waking up every so often because laying wrong on her wrists hurt.

Xander sat in a chair and watched around, eventually he falls asleep. Not meaning to but his body got the best of him and he sleeps in the chair, not completely comfortable but well enough.

Xander starts to get startled awake when the sun hits his face, he shakes his head a bit and rubs his eyes. He quickly gets up and checks on everyone in the house quietly afterwards he does his little patrol and tries to wake up a bit more.

Catherine awoke as the sun light flooded in through the window. She winced as she pushed herself to sit up, looking down at her wrists with a frown. She slipped on long-sleeved blue dress in an attempt to cover the bruises. She wandered downstairs after checking to see if her mom had already run off to town, which she had. She smiled as she spotted Xander "Goodmorning," she murmured, hoping she hadn't disturbed his patrolling.

Xander looked around then at Catherine. "Good morning Catherine!" He stopped walking around to go to her and hug her. "Are you feeling any better today? I hope so.. though your bruises will just have to heal overtime so no hard working!"

Catherine smiled and hugged him back. She nodded “I do feel better,” she replied with a nod. “Yes, they’ll get better fast.” she agreed, glancing at her hands. She knew that the bruises would go away after a period of time. “So uh. What happened to the other guy?” she asked, meeting his gaze as she nervously rubbed her arm. Just speaking about him made her nervous, but she wanted to make sure he wasn’t able to find her again.
