The brindled molly glanced up from where her eyes were trained on Cranekit. "Oh, Sparrowkit!" She gently nudged the sleeping Dovekit off of her flank, standing up on wobbly paws. "If you're to go outside, you'll need someone to watch you." Swiftsong turned her head to call to her mother. "Ravenwillow, could you watch Dovekit and Quailkit for me while I take Sparrowkit out for a bit of fresh air?" Seeing Cranekit look up at her, she gave her younger sister a sympathetic glance.

"um.., not that i'm aware of. there have been a few patrols -- which is, i know, nothing really exciting." rosefeather replied, pondering the situation. "yeah, sorry. um.., oh! i'm pretty good, thanks for asking. you didn't come off as rude, by the way. so no worries."

rosefeather let her gaze drift off to the forest, and wondered if anything major did happen. she was confident that crowstar would announce anything of importance. anyways. she was still pretty sure nothing had happened, and had no reason to think otherwise. "well," she nodded respectfully to magpienose, "hope the rest of your day is just as good."

Robinwing was scared of the commotion, so he walked over to check on his trio of kits. "Hey kits, how are you three?" He smiled happily, purring. He sat down next to the three and curled his tail around them.

Swallowpaw turned slowly to blink at Finchpaw, his gaze hardly eve readable, "Can I .. fix her?" his gaze turned from unreadable to a hard, cold stone glazed look. "Well, no. I have never tried to bring a bird cat back from .. being a bird cat." Swallowpaw's tone became much more aggressive and condescending than he had hoped.

After his words, he frowned at Finchpaw, feeling bad; though the frown could easily have been translated as disapproval towards the molly. He turned away and shook his head, "No, this is not something a medicine cat can resolve."

XXXX Rooksea got to her paws, panting and glaring at the bird-cat. “Don't attack her. I think this is what those cats were talking about last night.” Rooksea explained what she meant: she told the patrol about what the cats said about a feline transforming into some half-bird, half-cat creature, then killing Wrenpaw. ”It must've just transformed her, and it must be looking to do that to the rest of us. They also reported smelling nothing besides ThunderClan, feline, and blood so this were-bird is amongst us.” She gritted her teeth at the thought. Whoever did this was a traitor in her eyes. If they truly cared about ThunderClan they'd warn the leader and leave…. Or use their abilities to aid their Clan in taking territory from others.
XXXX “Whoever did this deserves a punishment.” She muttered to herself, then glanced up Falconstrike and said, “Grab her by the scruff; we're taking her back into camp. There's no way Crowstar would believe us if we told him that the two from last night were right without evidence.”

"Well, ah, thanks for the update anyways," Magpienose stated awkwardly, his pelt twitching slightly as he thought. Had he forgotten something? No, he wasn't awake anyways. Had a patrol gone out yet? He didn't actually know. It was irrelevant at the moment anyways. "Oh! Why thank you, and, er, you have a nice day as well!" He chirped in response, taking a minute to enjoy the sunshine.

Flypaw hadn't let go of 'Wrenpaw' until Rooksea told him to, but when he did let go, he calmly got off of the bird-like creature, but he quickly nodded to Rooksea, and grabbed Wrenpaw by the scruff. It was a bit difficult to hold on to, since he was by her side, instead of picking her up from above, plus his mouth was full of feathers now. Still, he held on, trying his best to help.
