Xander nodded. "Good luck with that when you decide to tell him Catherine." Xander laid down and look up at the sky, enjoying the view of the sky. He then looked over at Catherine and admired her.

Catherine looked over at him as he laid down, a gentle smile on her face as she watched him. She propped herself up on her arms before she ruffled his hair playfully with her free hand. “Is your side feeling better? I meant to check that bandage earlier,” she asked, hoping it was doing okay, figuring she needed to change the bandage before she went home that afternoon.

He smiled as Catherine messed with his hair. He looked over at her then down at his injury . "Yea my injury seems to be fine still, j haven't done anything that would hurt it. But feel free to check on it" Xander looked at her again and smiled.

Catherine smiled at him before she settled to lay down beside him after making sure her dress was laid nicely. She nodded "I'll check it before I go home for the night," she told him and smiled over at him.

(Would now be too early for the townspeople to know, I feel like it is but idk)

Xander puts an arm around her and smiles, enjoying what has been happening today. "Thank you for being willing to check it. You are so caring."

(I feel like some people would know, they walked through the town holding hands and such and before that they were holding arms you know?)

Catherine smiled over at him "You're welcome, I need to make sure you're okay." she said in a softer tone, her gaze was gentle. Ever since he had gotten injured she worried about him getting better.

Xander looked at her and felt touched. "Well thanks to you I am doing far better and my father doesn't know anything about it as well." He hugs her while they are laying down.

Catherine smiled and hugged him back, resting her head on his chest. “Can you imagine if he did know, though?” she said, she didn’t even want to imagine. “He would be so upset,” she added, looking up at him with a shake of her head. “What he doesn’t know, won’t hurt him.” she said with an amused smile.

Xander looked up at the sky and thinks of what his father would of done. "Yea he wouldn't be to happy at all if he had found out that I have been doing things like that. I don't plan on stopping though... This is only a setback. Are you alright with that?" Xander looks over at Catherine curious.

Catherine looked at him as he spoke. It took her a few heartbeats but she nodded “Yes, I’m okay with it, I just want you to be careful,” she said I’m a quiet tone. “That injury could have been a lot worse, and I don’t want to lose you.” she said, laying her head on his chest.
