“I’m fine! It’s none of your business.” Ren looked at the picture of him and Ruby together and frowned. “You wouldn’t understand anyway.” He then tried hiding himself in his big coat. He didn’t want Rori to see him,a big intimidating vampire,crying. He never let anyone see that side of him,the side that was very sensitive.

"alright. Just make sure the commoner is informed to come to the castle once he is better, both for formal apology and because there's still something I want to discuss with him....he might have information we need, but everything happened before I could find out....somehow he has a scroll that wasn't even in our library... Well, with that I'll bid you adieu for now. Stay safe, and I'll be at the library as soon as I can, alright? " giving her sister another comforting smile before she walked off. On route to the garden she stopped to pick up a basket for the herbs. The Garden itself was located past the flower garden, closer to the edge of the city. She could even see the surrounding wheat fields. Letting out a sigh, she knelt down at the edge of the herb garden and began selecting herbs. If she wasn't so paranoid about being assasinated or attacked by whatever was killing the townsfolk, it would've been nice. It was warm, the birds were chirping, the sun was shining, and there was the gently rustling of leaves from a soft breeze. In a way, the setting was rather trangquil. She almost wondered for a moment if it was ok to relax in the tranquil environment.

The male couldn't help but smirk at the heir's sudden change of body language. Apparently the guy must feel as if he's being watched. Smart guy.. he thought. That'll come in handy in the near future.
As the pair walked, he assumed by their direction on route to the hospital, he followed along silently in the shadows. Should they need any assistance, or anyone to defend them. It was unlikely anyone would strike in the daylight hours, but even the slightest show of weakness could make them an easy target later on, and the sun had to set some time.

Ren nodded and tried to hide his crying. He sat down by Rori. “Earlier we had a big argument and I Don’t know what to do. She got mad at me and stomped off,she said we weren’t friends anymore.” Ren dug his face into his pillow,he felt embarrassed crying in front of someone he had just met earlier that day.

(I gotta go to a family members house for Easter so I probably won’t be able to reply until I get back.)

Kenji quirked up an eyebrow at the girl who was seemingly reading his mind. His thirst was becoming more and more of a problem, but he wouldn't drink now. He decided a long time that he wouldn't be controlled by those primal urges to sink his teeth into something to extract the sweet or spicy flavor of his victim. He thought that some days he was stronger for it while the other times he chided himself for being so foolish as to deprive himself of basic necessities He nodded to Jessika to reassure her it was okay. "What do you normally do for sustenance? I will abstain for now. I can escort you where you would like to go. I am starting my patrol around that castle there." He moved one of his hands from the reins to the castle looming in the near distance. "It is home to the human royalty of this city. I have never met them personally but I know enough about them." Enough to avoid them. Enough to plot their upcoming demise? He moved his horse down the narrow cobblestone walkways as people naturally moved away from them. "There may be some more of my men there too. Perhaps they can hunt with you if that is what you prefer."

Aralynn - Ember Palace, hallways - tagged; -
The young women stared at the large doors that led to the palace's library. She'd sent for two men to go into the town to search the hospital for Akihito and the commoner who'd he'd more then likely helped there. Luckily it was still daylight out with a few hours before night fall. There was time to think of a way to explain the new precautionary meassures to both heirs when they returned to the palace......and handle what may happen because of them. She didn't see her sister being sweet with her for a bit of time once they talked, but this new attack on the two only solidified Aralynn's determination. Or her stubborness depending on who you spoke to.

Walking into the spacious bookshelf-lined room, Aralynn wasted little time in searching for any material she thought would be helpful. Anything with so much as a hint of medical or apothecary knowledge. The palace was silent now, almost creepily so. But the young queen kept working diligently as she combed through tombs and books and scrolls alike. Her thoughts though drifted to what her sister said about this commoner having some scroll not even the royals had.

After about twenty minutes, the female had collected only about half the herbs Aralynn would need. However, the day was just so nice, she couldn't help but give in. Therefore, to also give her back a break, the female went over to the herb garden's nearby bench, sitting on it once she got there. From there Akira took a deep breath and looked up at the sky, inhaling the sweet fall breeze. Summer had only recently ended, and closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of the sun and the breeze. In conditions like this, it was easy to forget there was a group of mysterious murderers running amuck, as well as the fact that there were apparently assasins now as well... though, granted, they could both be part of the same group. Letting out a sigh she decided that, for a moment, it couldn't hurt to relax.
