What are these doll items and why does everyone want them?

First off, I really hope that I’ve picked the right forum section for this..

So, I got this trade

Which made me ask myself what these items even are? I get the tokens obviously but why does everyone want these doll thingys? I’ve gotten a few similar trades. And also what are the Animal Easter eggs food for?

Those "doll thingys" are plushies from the CS 11th Birthday event. The other person might be hoarding them, trying to collect outcomes they missed, or they might just think they're cute and want more of them.

The animal eggs aren't traded in for anything, they're just used for decoration.
