1 x 1 with Stumpy

[Boomer]

Mary didn't move at all as she was examined and had some old wounds cleaned. She enjoyed the bath, resting her head on the edge of the tub and shutting her eyes. She was a tad reluctant to get out of the tub, but did so without causing a scene. She laid down and rolled onto her side, assuming that Christina wanted to feel and see how many pups she was having. Meanwhile, Juan was getting everything prepped to draw Mary's blood.

[Stumpy.]

(much easier than trying to bathe my dogs lol)

After making the best estimate she could without having an ultrasound prepped, she wrote it down and entered it in the computer. She also made note to schedule one, if she was allowed, for the two of them.
After that was done, she brushed Mary one last time, left her with Juan for the blood draw. She went to collect Maria from her crate, and begin with her.

[Boomer]

Maria was more than eager to get out of the crate and have all of the mats shaved off. She stood up and whined, pawing at the door. Mary just laid still as Juan drew her blood, much to his surprise.
OOC: Ack, gotta get ready for work~

[Stumpy.]

(Oof, bye.)

Christina let out a little chuckle, and unlocked the cage. She made sure all of the room's doors were shut, and led Maria towards the table. She got the clippers again, and got ready to cut the messy fur off and get to work.

[Boomer]

Maria got out and leaped onto the table, standing perfectly still as she looked forward. Mary moved away from Juan when she saw the clippers again. She moved into her crate and whined, covering her ears with her paws.

[Stumpy.]

(Poor bab :'<)
Noticing this, Christina switched to scissors instead. She started trimming Maria's fur, trying not to laugh about how excited she was.
"You probably haven't had a proper trim in forever, poor girl.." She said, snipping away at mats and clumps of messy fur.

[Boomer]

Mary settled down rather quickly. She moved out of her crate and laid down, unsure if they needed to do anything else with her. Her claws were overgrown and curling towards her paws. Maria whined happily, trying to keep herself from bouncing in place.

[Stumpy.]

(Oh boy, that's gonna be fun to deal with)
[Center]Christina was soon finished, and began brushing out Maria's fur after she took note of, and dealt with, any injuries she found. She carefully brushed out the fur, making sure to be gentle around the ears and tender spots. After she finished brushing, she put Maria into the bath, with warm, soapy water.

[Boomer]

Mary watched as Maria got into the tub and rolled in the water, happily grunting. She was more at ease now that her sister was feeling better. She had always protected her sister and would always protect her. Juan gently felt Mary's belly, guessing that there were about three pups.

[Stumpy.]

Christina couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at the happy furfrou, rolling up her sleeves to keep her lab coat from getting soaked. After she rinsed down Maria, she dried her off with another towel.
"We might want to trim their claws." She said, looking around for something to cut them back with.

Peppermint sat in the back of her cage, being an angry ball of fluff. She was perfectly happy being ignored. Baths were awful. She hated getting wet.
