Cricket-leap kept her pace going and launched right into the tree using her extra long legs. She panted for a moment then shifted her gaze to the other cat.
"Are you okay? I just saw you by the thunderpath."

"w-who are you w-w-were did you come from. I-I thought th-that no cats lived here anymore" She said shaking. She looked around for a place to escape. She wanted to run but the speed that the other cat had she knew she couldn't out run her. "P-please don't hurt me"

Cricket-leap frowned.
"Oh no, we are a peaceful clan; don't worry." She explained that it had been partly flooded so the previous cats must've left. "You see, we aren't the same Clan you might be thinking of. You can trust us." Just then the She-cat noticed the collar. "What's your name?"

She felt uneasy about this cat. She never met a clan cat before so she couldn't tell if she was lying. "I'm pearl, you said you were a clan cat right? Why are you staying in a flooded camp?" she asked. She kept on guard but she knew she couldn't take down a full grown cat by herself but she can still try if she has to.

"I'm Cricket-leap, the leaders mate. You're a kittypet?" The clan cat sat down comfortable with her tail heightened in a friendly manner.

Nutwhisper quickly sprinted after the she-cat when he realized that she was gone. The deputy followed her silently before he crouched to the ground, seeing a white fur talking to Cricketleap, he guessed that she was a kittypet because of the collar. Standing up he padded to them with a curious glance as he tasted the air,yep, a kittypet.

"A kitty...Pet?" She tilted her head confused. "What's a kittypet?" she didn't notice the other cat that was blow her. She was slowly feeling more calm around the older she-cat. If she was gonna attack me she would have already right?

"That's what we call cats that live with twolegs, like you." She explained.

She glanced down to Nut-whisper, giving them a 'hold on' kind of expression.

"Are you talking about my house-folk?" She noticed her looking to the side. "What are you looking at?" She looked around but couldn't see anyone. "was it a hopping fluff? Momma told me a lot about them!"

"Hopping fluff? Do you mean rabbits? They're pretty abundant around here. It was just my Clan-mate, the deputy. Would you like to meet him?" Cricket-leap asked, already getting up to jump off the tree.
