The redhead shrugged, looking down to her feet a moment. She squeaked when the gelding nibbled at her clothes, pushing his head away gently and telling him no. His owners didn’t want him doing that...Shaking her head, she lifted her gaze to Kenji once more. She felt her lips twitch slightly at his suggestion. Brushing some hair from her eyes, she said “Y...Yeah, Yes, I’d love to be escorted by you, to see him. Arabians are so pretty.” she finished. She giggled at the gelding’s snort and huff, petting him a moment. “Oh, you’re beautiful too.” she told the gelding.

He smiled when she finally turned to their server, the woman dipping her head a moment then nodding. He watched the lady server hurry off, turning back to Akira and the stranger. What neither he nor Akira noticed was the fuss starting up in the back, a hooded figure managing to escape out the back...They probably wouldn’t have seen that anyhow. His brow furrowed when Akira looked at the fruit funny, then she told him not to eat it... “What? What’s wrong?” he whispered back, having not noticed anything about the fruit, yet.

The young queen didn't say anything but simply stared at the man before her. Her grip on the arm he'd struck tightened making her wince as a reminder it was wounded. Aralynn's mind was much too preoccupied with the fact the one calling himself Duality licked his fingers. No, more like the fact he licked her blood off his fingers. He just cleaned the blood right off his hand without care fully aware of what the liquid was and not seemed bothered by it. Aralynn's thoughts went back for a moment to the reports about the bodies that had been found belonging to people whom had been attacked. Aside from the red butterflys scrawled at the scenes, each body was drained of it's blood. "Duality.", repeated the blonde tasting the name on her tongue, "Since you seem to know so much tell me this, if I surrender my throne to these people you claim are seeking it will my people be safe? Can you garuntee me their safety and prosperity if I gave up the throne of Emerelic? Would those I hold dear to myself be safe and cared for?"

Turning her head she thought Aki had called for her, but didn't see anything. Therefore she returned her attention to ronin, up until Aki was right behind her. It was then that she noticed the server, apologizing before thanking them and taking her food. The food looked appetizing, so she decided to sit down and eat while waiting for a response. However, she noticed something off about the fruit. The blueberries in specific. " Aki.... don't eat the food. The dress-clad teen kept her eyes following Duality with added attention as he circled her. While it did make her unnerved she stomped it down sure to keep the negative feelings locked up. She'd seen ravens and other scavangers circle prey on occasion before. Aralynn had honestly never paied the scenes that much thought until now. Perhaps next time the blonde would stop and run to chase of the barbarian creatures, even hold a vigil for the lost creature whom was being circled. They way Duality was making her feel right now was far from pleasent. Not to mention Aralynn didn't quite care for the way the male was talking about her people either at the moment. "Don't waste your time because I won't give up my throne if doing so will not help my people. What your saying now is giving it up will only make matters worse for them.", said the young queen. When Duality turned back towards her and asked her about the number of Heirs though, Aralynn narrowed her eyes in a glare from their previous indifferent state. Even if I did, regardless of it were actually true or not, how could you be sure what I said was the truth and not some lie I came up with to hide the truth from you? You couldn't. Most would probay call the teen mad. There was certainly no doubt that, if any of the lords found out, they'd throw fits and demand to know what she was thinking. That would be if they could restrain themselves in her presence. What Duality was purposing...as odd a way as he was asking for it and it seemed...boiled down to a form of an alliance.
