The redhead finished the first stall, moving on to the second and setting to work. Once she was done there, she stopped a moment to wipe her brow. Letting out a breath, she moved on, to the third stall. She cleaned there and put more straw where needed, then filled the buckets higher. Now down, she went to get Carniss tacked up, being he was her favorite. She headed through the fields, thinking to drop by the castle...They had a barn and horses there.

He hummed softly a moment as she affirmed they could in fact eat there. Nodding at her, he followed the blonde to the cafe, walking in right after her. He glanced around the same as her, seeing it was a lovely place and people were eating just fine. He didn’t get the feeling of being watched...so it must be safe to eat the food here. He tilted his head when she told him to order for her, watching her walk up to a total stranger...Sighing, he shrugged to himself, catching a worker’s attention and ordering tea and scones for himself, getting her a roll and tea as well. He hoped this was enough...He threw a glance over his shoulder, as he was waiting for the order to be brought out.

She sighed, and noticed that they'll get used to be being around her. Entering the Kitchen, she grabbed some Nutella and brought it to the woods to eat in a tree. She spotted the tallest tree and knew it was the one to climb.

Blood as thick as sweet honey and the metallic taste still lingering in his darkest desires. The echoing call of his thirst caused his throat to constrict slightly and he had to swallow to moisten his suddenly dry mouth. Kenji straightened the front of his form-fitting uniform signifying his ranking among the military to the people who were currently looking at him. The thirst controlled him when he was younger but now he was older and stronger than what he was back then. His long-legged stride carried him forward gracefully but quickly to the stables. He wanted to check on his horse for when he did his rounds. He puffed out a sigh when a pale girl with a waterfall of Auburn colored curls. He straightened his shoulders from habit and slowed his steps as he moved closer to the girl who at first didn't seem to notice his presence. Her deep-set mahogany eyes were downcast like she was deep in thought or daydreaming of something. He could move past her an not say another word but he couldn't stop his curious nature. He was didn't get to where he was in the military by not being inquisitive. He cleared his throat and let the timber tone of his voice carry on the wind. He tried to soften the normal firmness to his voice but it didn't little to stop it. "Miss, what business are you attending to?"

Ren gently moved Ruby in front of Kainen. “My friend here is new to being an Ember Infiltrator and she needs some possible guidance.” Ruby turned to Ren. “Really you’re just gonna leave me with this random vampire?” Ren chuckled. “Ruby this is the kings younger brother,not just some random vampire.” Ren shifted his shoulders in his trench coat. “Now I have to head off to do something’s but I’ll be back.” Ren turned to leave and flashed Ruby a grin. “Oh and no pranks or I’ll tell the king.”

Ren hummed to himself as he walked outside in the cold. His big trench coat warmed him as he walked around. He was planning on visiting Ember so he could feed. Ren licked his lips at the thought of fresh warm blood. Finding a victim wouldn’t be hard, the humans if Ember always wandered into the woods alone. Unlike most vampires who sucked the humans dry until they died. Ren was more efficient..kinda. He would knock the human out and feed off of how much he needed and then he’d leave without a single trace before they woke up.

The wind howled and blew through his hair. Ren’s fangs came out just a bit,as if they sensed he’d soon bee feeding. Ren stopped humming,he didn’t want to bump into anyone in case they ruined his plans. Perhaps it was a good idea to leave Ruby alone,she was very impulsive..

The redhead thought of the fact she kind of needed to feed off humans, letting out a sigh...She wasn’t really paying attention now, so when the voice reached her ears she jumped a little. Looking up, she recognized him as one of the military, though didn’t know which vampire he was...Shaking that thought away, since she could just ask for his name, she stopped the horse. Blinking, she giggled, fangs showing a moment, then closed her mouth. “I was going to see the horses, sir...Anyway, may I ask what your name is? I can tell by your uniform that you’re in the military.” the redhead said, nodding her head more to herself than him.

Kenji paused not expect the girl to giggle or smile at his stoic features. He blinked to gather himself as her soprano voice reached his ears. He tugged on his stiff neckline and like down on her small stature. Would she know he was the general in the king's army? He wasn't very popular- but surely his name was around. Then again he usually kept out of the spotlight- that was more of the king's thing. "My name is Kenji Spiro and it is true, I am in the army. I was just about to head to the castle stables. Do you work there? I am not sure if I have seen you around before." The ebb of suspicion reached his voice as he scanned her face again. He was keen with faces and he was positive he never seen her in the castle. The wind carried the ends of her long hair- making them dance and sway. The weather was not horrible but it was not sunny where he stood.

Ren checked his outfit and adjusted every inch of it,he wanted to look as human as possible which normally wasn’t hard since the humans often mistook him for a Hunter.
