I think it depends on what the cosplay is exactly. Is it Hanji but dressed in Mari's plugsuit? Or is it Mari wearing Hanji's jacket? If you can decide between one of those it may make it easier to choose what to do.

I've decided to have a ponytail tied into two (the tail of the ponytail will then be tied off into two ponytails), and red goggles to combine the two characters (it is a mashup cosplay, after all).

The WISH customer service isn't responding. (I was looking for feedback on the idea, but I guess it's a moot point now... >.>). Every other cosplay item I've bought has come properly... This sucks.
