Problem with the pound

Hi! So recently, I can't find the pound. It's NEVER on. Only at 1 in the morning is it ever on. Can you please fix so it's more frequent or NOT on when I'm trying to sleep?

I'm sorry if I sound super rude. I just find it frustrating that I can't get new pets like I used to.

Hey there; the times that the Pound and the L&F open are random, and not actually set on purpose.
Unfortunately there isn't any way to make the opening times any more convenient than they already are (or aren't), because what's a good timing for you may just be a bad time for players in other timezones - so there's no way to make it just right for everyone.
Randomizing the opening times is the closest to fairness as it is^^

Some days it might certainly seem like it only opens at inconvenient times, especially with the L&F mixed in, but overall it does have a decent spread.
For example, here's my April adoptions:




The timestamps on them are in server time (GMT), so they'll possibly differ from the time it was at your place, but as you can see, the hours are all over the clock^^
