Pebbleshine creaked her eyelids open at Skyheart playing with her kits, and Cherrykit. Skyheart was always better with them than Pebbleshine was. "Morning Skyheart. Morning, kits." she purred.

Stormheart had awoken with a start, her fur standing on end and soft pants escaping her muzzle. The shecat seemed to of had a bad dream. The young warrior stood up after many other cats began to shuffle around in the warrior's den, and began to groom herself. She stretched and soon stepped out of the den, her olive green orbs scanning the camp. All seemed calm and quiet... Well, that's what she thought, anyway.

"I slept well, yes," Hollowflame dipped his head with a small smile, deciding it better not to tell her how late exactly he had slept. "Mind if I join you?" He took a pawstep forward, hooking a claw on the tail of a sparrow.

Willowbee gave a brief nod at the toms request, swishing her tail out of the way with a friendly blink. After a moment of sitting and observing the camp, she realized that something didn't feel right. Who was it that got put on the dusk patrol? She asked Hollowflame with a puzzled scrunch of her brow. Recalling the events of the evening before, the she-cat had just been heading to her nest when the last patrol of the day was called to set out. Where is Rosefeather? Willowbee asked another question, louder this time in hopes that some other cat lounging in the camp had seen the black warrior.

Hollowflame curled up near the she-cat, his tail tucked neatly behind him and his paws right in front of his prey; taking clean bites and never getting blood on his pristine white fur. His head snapped up at Willowbee's question, sudden concern fogging his gaze, "Admittedly, I don't know who was sent on the patrol; however, now that you mention it, I haven't seen Littlepaw, either." Hollowflame's instinctive optimism kicked in, repeatedly screeching at him to cure the situation, "I'm sure they're just doing family bonding of some sort.. hunting, strolling, exploring.."

"Not sure, I thought Rosefeather took Littlepaw in the dusk patrol, but they should be back by now," Onyxstorm meowed. "Seems like a patrol is getting ready," she murmured softly. "Do you want to join me from some fresh-kill? " She asked Losteye.

Willowbee nodded slowly at hearing Hollowflame's response, hoping that was the case for the small family. "Yes, I'm sure they're just out together." The she-cat meowed in a calm tone, although her rapid heavy breathing betrayed her stress. "Is Ocelotstep awake yet?" She inquired while craning her neck in a hasty scan of the camp once more. The dawn patrol should keep an eye out, just in case.

Terrorspirit had been up for a while, but she hadn't moved from her nest. She hadn't gotten much sleep, due to being paranoid about getting nightmares, rather than actually having one.
Eventually, she left her frozen state, and exited the warriors' den. She sat down only a few tail-lengths away from the den, and began grooming herself, so she could calm down a bit.

frizzpaw had been shaken by horrible nightmares all night. tossing, turning, shaking and crying out in his sleep. his brother had left for dusk patrol, leaving him with only hawkpaw by his side while he tried to rest. never fully waking up, but never falling asleep, when the sun rose, frizzpaw felt exhausted and deeply disturbed by his dreams. slinking out of the apprentice den, he felt a sinking sense of dread. he did a cursory glance around the camp, looking for his brother, but found him nowhere. his hackles stood up on end, but he tried to calm himself down. my anxiety and paranoia can't get the best of me, i need to be strong. i need to be a warrior. he took a deep breath, and looked for someone who might know where littlepaw was. seeing terrorspirit was awake, he nervously padded over to her. "h-hey terrorspirit... have you s-seen littlepaw or m-my mom anywhere? they were on dusk patrol..." he trailed off and stared at the ground, scared of making eye contact.

just a clarification, dusk patrol went out last night, which means rosefeather and littlepaw have been missing for over 8 hours now
