But to answer your question:
If you value 1 Rare at 2 Uncommons from the same year:

1 2010 Rare = 2 2010 Uncommons
1 2010 Uncommon = 8 2013 Uncommons
Total Worth: 16 2013 Uncommons
If you value 1 Rare at 4 Uncommons from the same year:

1 2010 Rare = 4 2010 Uncommons
1 2010 Uncommon = 8 2013 Uncommons
Total Worth: 32 2013 Uncommons
Quantity can also hold its own value - so depending on the quantity it does not have to be exact
