I have 3, just 3 simple suggestions in my trade center.
I use a reasonably large font & good color so it's not hard to read.
Nothing tricky like a code word.
Nothing rude such as "I will FOE YOU if you ___(fill in the blank)!___
No long lists of gifts given or received.

(Heck, this post is longer than my trade rules )

And people still don't get the hint and send me the rudest, weirdest trades.
