xxTHE CATS OF BRIGHTCLAN AND DARKCLAN have lived in coexistence for centuries. the
cats of brightclan are peaceful cats who avoid conflict the best they can. darkclan cats
are killers and eliminate threats when they arise. their similarities are what keep them
safe and their differences are what keep them divided. with the upcoming winter, tens
ions between the two clans are at an all-time high, though the bitter cold is not the on
ly threat they have to face now. when a mysterious omen is found at the edge of bright
clan territory and a darkclan apprentice is killed overnight, the blame rests on their
friendly foes. little did the clans know, their blame should not be placed within each
other, rather, the cats who sit in the shadows waiting for war to tear them apart.

these cats live on the left side of the river and stick closely
to the abandoned corn fields for hunting. their dens are sec
ure and well-guarded from predators. despite their obvious
advantages, they have little battle experience and rely mos
tly on speed and agility gained from hunting. these cats are
known to "borrow" food, herbs, etc. from darkclan by crossi
ng the river. because of their stealth, they are very rarely c
aught by patrols.

each other. the loners are cats that have never had any aff
iliation with the clans or rogue group. they are solitary but
stick near the groups to scavenge food. the cats banished f
rom the clans have committed something against their birth
clan to put them in the position of loner life.
