just an update for everyone as its been wayyy longer than planned:

the reline is almost done! the adult lines and ref have been completely finished and the nursery is coming along.
im going to scrap pretty much everything and start again - new rules, new traits, new staff, new everything. itll be very similar but therell be [hopefully] less loopholes and exploitation of things i forgot to cover.
they should be finished within this week and i will open them after i return from camp next week!

i know this goes back on some things i promised, but this should make it easier on me in the long run.
