(Alright. I got it :P)

Mayia remained at the back, watching the trees and listening to what she always thought was the voice of the forest. She was a bit tense, travelling with these people. She didn't dare try to get close to them, but at the very least, she got their names and told hers in return. When she heard that they were at Hibagia, she looked up and stopped walking, keeping her nervousness and innocence hidden best she could. She didn't like large crowds. The only reason she was hear was because Hunter insinuated that it would be a good idea. Hunter never dared to reveal himself to the group, just in case. He was in the shadows, skulking through the bushes in silence. Without that silver wolf at her side, she was tense. Much more than usual.

The tales of this town weren't things that Mayia took to. By the tales, she figured out that there were hundreds of people in this town, and that was definitely something that she didn't want to be exposed to. Humans were like the devil's spawn to her. All she ever knew of them was betrayal. She was even ashamed of being human herself. She looked out into the forest again, and two, glistening grey eyes stared back at her. Fine... I'll try... Mayia thought to herself. Hunter... He always knew how to change Mayia's mind.

Verene stared up the shafts of golden spring light bathing across her face. with high cheek bones and her graceful features that ended in pointed ears, she was a sight by elven standards she was fair in appearence but never the most graceful or elegant. She looked down again, the shackles around her wrists and ankles rippling and tinkling with their metalic sounds the runes carved deep into the metal kept her magic at bay. A lock of pale golden hair had freed itself from the waist-length braid that ran down her back, she pushed it back as best she could her eyes watching the shadows walk across the top of her cell. She asumed it was below a main street, from the sounds above the grate in the ceiling of her cell. She blinked, as she tried to remember why she was there. something about a mage, the celebration of her people singing spring into the forest and mountians that the humans called the Trayrian Eve; she clawed at the locks in her mind desperate to brake through, she thought the must of drugged her at some point. "mages" she muttered in her exotic voice that sounded like she was about to sing even in her anger "I really hate mages"
man, teenagers are weird.

{ I hope this isn't too short/too long Dx I'm a bad judge of these things. }
Chex let out a silent sigh of relief as the dirty blonde, Clara, announced that they had reached their destination of Hibagia. His feet ached from their journey and there had been all sorts of creatures he wasn’t used to. Spring here was strange; there were so many plants in bloom. The feeling of vibrant life surrounded him, trying to trick him to play along. To dance, to relax, to have fun.
“Come on, Chex, what could it hurt?” The colors whispered, their voices lush and welcoming. Instead of giving in he stared straight ahead without a word. Icy blue eyes scanned the area as he continued to walk forward. A sense of forbidding hit him square in the chest as the loud noises from the city came at full blast to his ears. Chex glanced around to see if anybody else had the same rush of danger. They all seemed fine, although one of the girls, Maiya, seemed somewhat different than usual. He ignored this, of course, as it had nothing to do with him. He was only part of the group to take down the Royal Family, relations weren’t one of the things he was searching for.
He thought he heard music, but the obnoxiously loud footsteps of their group muffled the sound. Ignoring it he continued walking, yet the nagging feeling that he had missed something didn’t fade. Chex calmly brushed it away to another corner of his mind and cleared his thoughts.
As they drew closer her realized what it was that had given him such terror, there were people everywhere. Laughter sprang from each direction. Bright colors of cloth surrounded him. Why was it so noisy? He moaned aloud, so irritated that he forgot keep the unpleasant sound in. If there was one thing he couldn’t stand, it was a crowd. So many beings, so many voices, how was he supposed to hear the danger through such noise? Anyway it had been years since he last came to Hibagia, but he knew there weren’t as many inhabitants. Why were they there? Then it hit him.
“…it’s the Trayrian Eve festival,” he whispered to himself, horrified. How hadn’t he realized, the signs were clear enough. The sense of danger, the vibrant colours, and the voices. Why hadn’t he got it? Letting out a weary sigh he gave in to his fate, after all it was his own fault for not preparing for the shock in time. Another thought hit him, an escape plan. No expression was displayed on his face but a sly grin had its place inside him.
“Where are we staying?” Chex asked, sharp eyes glancing at the other travellers. Maybe, just maybe, if he was lucky enough he might be able to stay shut inside their stay-place for the duration of the visit.

As the guild approached the city, Daeron's senses took on the familiar sounds of the city.
A small grin tugged at the corner of his mouth, dispite his attempts to keep his face expressionless.
It almost seemed to him a homecoming. The city was where he belonged, where he was most comfortable.
His paced quickened almost of itself, and he forced himself to slow down again.
Out of the tangled mass of sounds, he plucked a few strands. In one direction, a snakecharmers flute was weaving its magic.
He heard the Merchants calling out their wares, and the loud murmur of a packed city.
A festival was a fine thing for a person such as he. It would be so easy to lift a few over-heavy purses and slip, unnoticed into the crowds.
Or it would have been, if he was not a member of the guild.
You must keep an eye on yourself, he thought grimly. You cannot be stealing again. That is why you joined the guild, to create a new, honest life.
He glanced at the other members of the guild, wondering vaugly what their thoughts of the city were.

Adrian Mallobourne of Albava

Hibagia. "The City of Scholars," as it had formally been called. But Adrian had reason to belive it wasn't all that innocent... Many stories about the small city had drifted to his ears on more than one occasion, speaking of monsters... Magic... Strange things hidden both deep in the forest, and right beneath the noses of the townspeople. The young Albavan man preferred to know where he was going, so he had done research on the various places they intended to visit, and among the rest, Hibagia could be said to be one of the cities he was least excited about seeing for himself. But for the moment, he kept two things: his mouth shut, and to himself.

Upon Adrian's shoulder perched his beautiful red-tailed hawk called Quin, whom contentedly had his eyes closed in a peaceful rest. Mallobourne had noticed that many of the other guild members had brought along with them an animal companion of their own - including another bird. He wondered how it would be for all the members and creatures to get along all in one group, but he held high hopes that he wouldn't want to pull all of his hair out before the journey even got started...

Finally, they arrived, and even though Adrian was dreading the whole place in general, he was glad to be back in a city of any sort after such a long trek through the forest. Maybe he could get some food... A little rest... Supposedly there was a spring festival going on at that time: Trayrian Eve. Inevitably there would be tons of people, and many things all happening at once. A light grimace spread across his features, and pulling his cloak around himself and clasping it on, Adrian already felt better being able to blend right in to the colorful crowd if need be. He tapped the toes of his boots one by one against the pavement, trying to discard any left over sand, or dirt that had covered them during the trek through the Potuani.

Adrian wasn't used to being in a busy city, and preferred the solitude of life out in the desert. But he was in a guild now, so he was determined to suck it up and try to have somewhat of a good time... Well, wishful thinking at least. Many sounds came to his ears, all blending together in something of a roar. The racket woke a startled Quin, who squawked in wonder, spreading his wings wide to take flight. Quickly, Adrian raised a comforting finger to the bird's chest feathers, trying to calm him down. It seemed to be working for the moment, but they both recieved several distastful glances from disapproving passersby.

Adrian soon overheard one of the other members - Chex was it...? - questioning where they were to stay. He perked his ears up at this, liking to know as well.

Re: The Knights of Rhodernia [Semi-Lit+Fantasy] CLOSED

Clara beamed brightly, something about a mysterious, bustling city was exciting to her. She grew up in Albava; not all that big of a city. There were a decent amount of people in her hometown, but she was just drawn to a city with an unknown charm. She had heard all sorts of things about Hibagia; good and bad. SHe heard that the scholars were completely insane, yet she heard that the technology was so advanced, as well. There was so much to explore, yet she didn't know if they had so much town.

Yet she couldn't help but wonder exactly what it was that drew her to a city like Hibagia. She supposed it came from when she joined the ranks of the Royal Guard as a knight, what a mistake that was. She felt a pang of regret for her decision of enterting those ranks on the inside, but pushed it aside; she didn't want to look weak in front of all of her fellow guild members.

Birds were chirping, the breeze was blowing gently, and the vibrant colors practically glowed; it was one of the greatest signs of the beginning of Spring, she decided mentally, and Clara loved every moment of that; at least she would get to travel during her favorite season; when she was a knight, it was hard to see from under that helmet; she really couldn't enjoy her traveling. Especially because her superiors were really breathing down her neck to get her work done.

There she went again, thinking about the knights of the Royal Guard. She hated them, what made her repeditly think about them?!? It drove her completely insane--she took initiative and quit. It wasn't easy to get out of, but she managed. Once she realized what the intentions of the Royal Guard was, she couldn't work with them, nor could she burn down innocent villages, and murder others. Her heart just wouldn't allow it.

Yet a growling sound coming from her stomach knocked Clara straight out of her thinking--she hadn't ate basically at all during their trek through the forest, it was a wonder she didn't eat anything earlier. If she wanted to be strong, she had to eat, after all. Her green eyes traced the area; there had to be somewhere to eat during a festival like this.

( I'm going to post later today! O.O )
Hello there. :) I'm incredibly sorry for my disappearence from this website, but I have had NOOOO time to do things like this. XD I've been so busy. But some of my activities will slow down come Winter, so I think I'll be able to come back. But there's one problem. This account is REALLY cluttered. :/ I hate having 43 pages of pointless/dead roleplays and things. And I've let it sit inactive for a while, so it is kind of pointless. I'm hopefully going to have the same username, so come friend me! :"D

((Sorry I didn't post yet, things have been a bit upside down for me.))

Elenwen heard the sweet music drifting form the town up ahead. She heard laughter and talking. She wished those things were easy to find but after all that she had seen it was hard to find it in herself to laugh. She looked around her, the others all seemed to have quiet different reactions, compared to her and each other. She looked around and smile slightly, though it was far from friendly, more devilish than that. Elenwen could hear the sword humming on her back, it could sense the blood and the lives of others, many others. She shifted it on her shoulder to try and shut it up, she didn't like this sword but no matter how hard she tried she couldn't get rid of it, it was as though she and it were linked in some way. She sighed inwardly but when she heard the music again her mood swung. She loved music, as a child she would dance and sing for a living, moving about with her clan. She wanted to dance now, to sing and go along with the crowds in the city, but she wasn't that little girl anymore. Elenwen had grown up and was still growing in a way. Never the less, she couldn't help from shifting form foot to foot with the beat.
Hi. Sorry, but this account has kind of been done for years now.
Thank you for such a nice time on the site.
