I would suggest moving the legs further apart and make the shading neater c:

The only tip I can think of is hand practice? That's usually the hardest part for me haha XD

Maybe you could be a little gentler with the shading (at least that's what i think it looks like). The darker lines look a little confusing and might look better if they were a little cleaner (for example, at her chin, it comes over the tip of it, and on her wings, it extends off and into the background a little bit!)
another thing i think you could try is looking at how her feet are! it's not very comfortable to stand the same way she is with your whole body facing forward, and only your feet pointing off to the side! even having your feet pointing out towards opposite sides would be a little easier!

what i tend to do for drawings is look up human anatomy references on google images, they help me a lot!
