Dragons the elements [i]the[/i] dragon lover's RP

(Yay, something that's more than pointless lines! ...which I can reply to... no offense meant if that's how you roll)

Yuki acknowledged Flitz's presence. "You must have super eyesight if you saw me from all the way down in the water. A little bit of heat from the sun never hurt anyone. Don't get me wrong, I still don't like fire all that much, much too hot, but the same could be said of the forath dragons and ice." Yuki rolled over onto her backside, spreading her wings a bit, the silvery scales glistening in the sunlight. Yuki is one of the few Ice (silver-color only) dragons capable of cloudwalking, which is probably why the Wind dragons are able to stand her presence.

Turning one of her blue eyes slightly towards Flitz, she asked, "So what brings you here all the way up in the sky?"

Flitz laughed musically. "Well," she said, emerging from the clouds, " I spotted you here, first of all. I was expirementing with the auter territory. Now I test the wariki lands. I have flown all five lands. Can you guess which I am of? Probably not, so I shall tell you. I am forath born, but have always felt fine in other regions. Were you always of Ice?"

"Hmm.." came the slow response from Yuki. "You do have to wonder about that. I could be of ice but I could also be a combination of both wariki and auter. Care to do some experimenting? 'Tis a pity we're both females." A soft laugh rumbled from Yuki's throat.

Flitz cocked her head at Yuki, being quite innocent. She did not know what Yuki meant by "experimenting".
She yawned and said, "Figuring out what you said about us being female, why do you not seek out a male?"

Yuki snorts in response to Flitz and thinks, 'and bring attention to Apollo that I'm not enitrely loyal to him.'
She hopelessly sighs, "I'm not quite good at courting and I doubt any male would want me. To the few kallick dragons that do know of my existence, I appear strange to them. That's why I live so close to the auter's territory."

Embers looked around idly, and wondered what she could do. She saw two stranger dragons in the sky, and her eyes gleamed. Were they friends or foes? She hoped they were friendly, then she could have someone to talk to. She leapt off the cliff she was perched on and flew upwards on a beeline towards them. The sun shone down on her bright orange scales and the black streaks running down her sides gleamed like polished obsidian. She pulled back her lips exposing her fangs, not quite hostile, but a small challenge. She yowled a greeting.

Flitz laughed and conjured a small blast of warm sparks on accident. (it would feel like warm water.) Noticing a speck in the distance, Flitz zeroed in and found that it was e\Embers, roaring a greeting. Flitz gently blew a flicker of flame that landed on her head, as a slightly less noisy greeting. Flitz flicked her tail at Yuki, saying, "Well, i can tell that you're thinking, 'well, Apollo would think im disloyal' or something like that, but why not find another kallick that is infatuated with you?"

(yes, rly? Yowled? That gives me cat imagery....)

Yuki blew a cold puff of air into the sky, "The problem is that I don't know of any that are infatuated... Better yet, the question is, why are you so interested in my non-existent love-life?" Yuki rolled over onto her belly and looked at the source of the noise.

She could see a flicker of orange-ish color gleaming off the scales but could not get a good view partly because of the cloud that she was relaxing on. A soft low-tone growl escaped her throat, almost quietly enough that only Flitz might be able to hear it and thought to herself, 'that better not be a quick-tempered fire dragon flying up. I don't really want to move spots yet.' Her tail flicked in annoyance and apprehension.

Flitz laughed, reading Yuki's mind. "Don't worry, she's not short tempered. And i'm interested beause i'm cursed with a curious nature."

Embers was relieved to see Flitz, though she did not recognize the other dragon. She flew up and hovered in the air, her wings beating slowly to keep her from moving. She was not graced with cloud-walking. She blinked curiously at the other dragon, greeted her more kindly than before, and tried to figure out to which realm she belonged.
