i havent felt this bad again for a while. nothing feels real. everythings a fabrication of my own mind. im having delusions. i need help. my therapist said wait a bit to see, even though ive been having it all my life and its getting worse in its logic. its starting to make sense.

I sometimes wish children weren't taught at a young age that every one of them should have dreams to become something over the top. a normal and peaceful life is difficult enough to find and rewarding enough to have on its own.
