Savannah heard the pup bark in reply, and she fully emerged from her den. Probably best if I check it out, even though this is could be a bad idea.She followed the scent until she came upon a pup cornered by 3 cats. Ducking her head low, she gave a low warning growl to the cats.

Savannah looked at the cat that was blocking the pups path. Sure, she had trust issues, but she wasn't just going to allow an innocent pup to be harmed. Lunging forward, she grabbed the cats scruff and threw it a few feet. Stumbling, she nearly fell over. Hopefully they'll back off now, because I can't keep this up much longer.
