Hoard Discussion Thread v.6 new poll!

Hello! I've only finally refound this thread after a year or so but I do have some hoards of pets I've loved since I've joined!

First off, the Queen of Hearts Dogs!


Followed by the Metal Bois!


Then my first hoard started years back that only finally gained momentum last week, my Pink Heart BWs!


and finally my favorite BW from the Month I Started! (Fun Fact: I actually did not get this one in the monthlies!)


To end it off, I have an item hoard as well, but just one!

Pet's name: Marie

I always love being offered this animal egg, I almost always say yes.

As for my hoards, here is what I recently finished:

& some others, can’t remember what I updated last...

These are my current hoards I am still working on to get 20:
- Need 14
- Need 2!
- Need 17 (these are hard to find!)
- Need 3 (multi-outcome hoard)

And my everlasting hoard:

The group has grown to 328! stocking dogs! I want to get to 350 within a few days. From there, I will keep moving ahead ^_^

As for new hoards coming up, I might try these:

Probably more, and maybe won’t do some of these. Just depends how fast I finish each hoard.

My progress is slow but steady 😄 just a small update since I did a big one a while ago 😊



These guys are most likely my monthly hoards, those cats are adorable and that bun is too cute 😄

You "disliked" the pet at first, but later on you fell in love and started a hoard?

Which pet was it, why didn't you like it at first, what made you fall in love with it later on?

@Ureous Welcome back to the thread ♥ The queen of hearts hoard is gorgeous - the contrast of red against white is excellent. And the sakura branch egg is very pretty! No wonder you have a hard time turning them down, hehe.

@PitchBlack "The Day My Life Changed Forever" That's so sweet, gosh ;v; And wow, so many hoards with equally lovely names! They must keep you busy, huh?

@In The Darke We may be rivals in the hunt for more of this month's kittens >:D But they're so hard to resist that I can't fault you for thinking of hoarding them! Good luck on making progress with your hoards, big and small~ (That piggy hoard - omg, too cute !!)

So, I'm wondering...

I've seen enough people who fall out of love with a hoard pet.
I've also seen a few people who kinda liked a pet, but only started to hoard it weeks/months/years later.

But do you have any hoards that are the opposite of it?
You "disliked" the pet at first, but later on you fell in love and started a hoard?

Which pet was it, why didn't you like it at first, what made you fall in love with it later on?

The royal dogs. I mean I always thought the bobtail was gorgeous, but never cared to hoard and didn't care for the other two. Then in like 2010(2011?), I decided to hoard them. They reminded me of the Gators football team.
The only reason I stopped hoarding/condensed was because they went rare/very rare and I don't like hoarding rare pets above 20 (unless super meaningful to me).
This hoard was the hardest to condense because I simply love this hoard, their colouring, design, just all of them. So the ones I kept, my plan is to theme dress them once I get a chance.

haven't been on this thread in a while but i'm almost at 1400 for "forever young" my pps cat hoard! its infinite but progress has been pretty slow :>



and some (very) slow but steady progress towards my goal of 214 for my cupid's pet hoard



neither of them are too impressive but i figured its a good way for me to try and kinda get back into this thread ^^

That cheeky creepy smile always gave me the heebie jeebies.

Then one day I fell in love with those curly floofie tails. And that same creepy grin I'd found so unsettling, suddenly I loved them...


I only disbanded my hoard when I sold off the majority of my valuable fodder for Store Dinos.

I still really like the little scamps now though...
