A 1x1 Roleplay Between EisHawk & Tigres2003

On the small continent of Avulas there lay five kingdoms, known as The Kingdom of Iosiaver , The Kingdom of Sicadore, The Kingdom of Breyiosos , The Kingdom of Priarioriel, and The Kingdom of Eoppilas. They had remained quite peaceful for several decades, working together through famines, and droughts, until "The Great War". A terrible famine had struck the continent, leaving many to starve, then I new terrible plague spread throughout the weakened humans that remained. Many died, and living was hard and scarce. The empires started clashing, each demanding shares of others land, and before anyone knew it war broke out, many more died, and no progress was made on a cure for the sickness, known as "The Reaper's Touch" that had been spreading. Now, the war has been fought for a year and a half. The remaining three kingdoms The Kingdom of Breyiosos, The Kingdom of Eoppilas, and The Kingdom of Iosiaver, have are down to less then half of their original population, but more land than ever. Relizing the devastation more fighting could bring, Breyiosos, and Iosiaver signed treaties, although the kingdom of Eoppilas refused. The only way that Eoppilas was to sign an alliance was if King Franquet's first born son was arranged to marry Princess (blank) of Breyiosos. Our story starts off with Prince Symon just turning 18. King Franquet has just sent him off to Breyiosos to further arrange the wedding between himself and Princess (Blank). While there Prince Symon finds a spark in a forbidden love with Sir (Blank). Will the Prince follow his heart? Or do what is right for his kingdom?

Personality:
Symon usually keeps to himself while in the castle, the things his dad do usually upset him for instance, the arranged marriage. He's rarely seen in the castle anyway, he's usually down in the town enjoying the locals or riding around the vast forests that surround the kingdom. If he doesn't like someone he has no problem showing them that. Once you get past the angsty teen he can be quite friendly, flirty, and adventurous.

History:
Symon's history is quite boring, his dad for the most part of his life locked him in the castle so he'd be in "pristine" shape for when he gets married off. This, of course, made him rebellious and want to break those rules by sneaking out into the town. Most locals wouldn't say anything to his dad about him sneaking out but some would try to earn "brownie" points with the king and maybe get off a week due, which never happened. His mother passed away when he was 5 from sickness, she was always cold to him despite him trying to appease her.

Keaton tends to be quiet rigid, and serious. He can be quite
cold and unfeeling, and although it makes him a good knight,
it doesn't help In making friends. However, if you get back
his wall of untrust, you discoverer a whole new Keaton. If he
trusts you can see a male who savors the little things in life.
He realizes life is short, and sometimes you just need to
apricate what you have.

Symon was chatting away with one of his friends that lived in the village below the castle. He was telling his friend about how he was going on a trip tomorrow morning which he wasn't excited about. He wasn't gonna leak full details but he did mention it had to do with another kingdom. His friend nodded away asking if he told his father how unhappy he was about it. "I've tried to but he doesn't listen..." He said it had to do with something a while ago, but he won't tell me what exactly." He replied, his face showed that he was annoyed. A sound of hooves sounded behind them and then Sir. Christopher Mawt spoke up, "Prince Symon your father wants you back to the castle now, he wants you to be getting ready not messing around in the village." Symon sighed and gave a nod to his friend, he watched the horse trot away before getting on his own horse back to the castle. He dropped his horse off with the stable hand and continued inside the castle. "Father,", "Son, you know you should be getting ready for tomorrow, you better be in best shape to meet your future wife," His father's voice sounded disappointed. The sound of having a wife within a month made him feel sick, "Yea I know... I'm going up to my room now." Symon said, dejected. His father waved him off, he slowly trudged his way up the stairs. After an hour he was all cleaned up and his room was mostly barren, only his bed, an almost empty dresser, and some books left. He got into bed and stared at the ceiling for what seemed like hours before he fell asleep.

The next morning before the sun came up a servant came up to his room and knocked on his door to let him know it was time to get ready. He groaned rubbing his eyes, he roughly got up and out of bed. He headed over to his dresser and took out the clothes he was to wear today. He clumsily got in and out of his clothes, the outfit was quite nice looking and really showed off how "rich" they were as a kingdom. He headed downstairs to the first floor to meet his father and several knights. It was decided the week before that they would eat breakfast at the other kingdom. Symon's stomach growled which made him sigh. He climbed into the carriage waiting outside for them. His father looked cheery, and Symon looked quite the opposite. He watched the forest go by as they rode to the castle. After a couple of hours of traveling a large lavish castle appeared ahead, he looked at curiously but mostly with dread. Soon the carriage took a stop and they exited. The greeting soon began, his father shaking the others hand.

Keaton’s eyes groggily flickered open as he felt warm sunshine bath his tan face. [i]I’ll have to fix that hole.[/i], he thought as he sat up on the faux mattress him and the other soldiers slept on. The monarchy supplied many of the soldiers with straw bales to sleep on, with only worn blankets to keep off the scratchy dried grass. It was better than sleeping in the floor tho. Keaton glanced around the shelter, noticing that many of the others around him were awaking. He stood up, stretching his shoulders back, before he walked over to the heavy, worn wood chest that stood at the foot of his bed. After fiddling around with the crude buckles that held it close, he selected some casual work attire. It was a simple chain mail shirt that reached down to his mid-thighs, a tunic covered in his kings seal, and thick brown pants, which were held up by a belt. He clumsy flattened his messy hair, and pulled on his boots. As he walked out the door he grabbed his simple metal sword, which’s only decoration was a crude inscription of the king’s emblem, which seemed to be plastered on everything. With long, even strides, Keaton walked steadily to a large courtyard where many simple knights, like Keaton, were lining up to get their duties from the knights who were higher up in the strict hierarchy.

Keaton was quite pleased after receiving his daily briefing from (Insert War General’s Name). He was to be stationed around the castle for the next few days, to watch over the royal family. Apparently, the prince from Eoppoilas had finally arrived to start arranging his marriage with Princess Elizabeth (Adding to Cast momentarily). Although this marriage was exciting, for it ended a long fought war, it was not the reason for Keaton’s joy. If he did well in his duties he was to be moved not just one but two ranks up in the hierarchy. He made his way over to the castle and to his post beside the princess to assist her personal guard.

King Franquet introduced his son for him, "And my son Price Symon Franquet." Symon internally rolled his eyes, but nevertheless smiled, "It's nice to meet you," Symon greeted, his eyes scanning the people before him. He smirked at the princess looking her up and down before letting his eyes flick over to a knight beside the princess. He gave a small nod before they decided to head in for breakfast. Symon sighed in relief, he was famished from the long ride. While walking through the castle he looked around at the walls and the servants that passed by them. When they got to the dining hall he sat next to the princess, not like he could sit anywhere else anyways. She was pretty and had delicate features, he wasn't immediately attracted to her but hopefully, he would soon like her. He spoke to the princess a little bit before breakfast was served, he mainly asked her about the castle and the surrounding area. When breakfast arrived he wasn't at all shy about getting the food he wanted, he filled his plate nicely and ate, properly... The princess and he had some small talk while finishing up. The opposing King and Queen suggested they be shown their rooms after breakfast and offered that later Symon and the princess go on a trip to the village. Once everyone finished he got up to go see his room for the next month or so.
